The guns are "under powered" because too many people in destiny 1 complained about them being overpowered. Not only that, but the increased time on cooldowns stresses you to rely more on gun skill rather than abilities. The whole thing about destiny 2 is that u have to be good. U probably just aren't good

I'm already dropping between 15-20 kills. You clearly didn't see what I said about it affecting pve.
