Well, the beta shows shit. What's the point of a beta if it shows shit and also will give you a boring and mediocre pvp experience?

Beta is meant to attract customers to buy the product. We can and do judge on the beta. Bungie planned for this and no doubt is counting on the beta to convince people to buy it. I found it kinda boring after a couple rounds of mission and couple pvp. As a mostly solo player, being limited to 4v4 pvp will keep me playing D1

This. A new customer won't know that there will be better weapons when we gger to max light and hve all the endgame content. They just play with those pesky shit weapons and think "Ughh...why does it take 3seconds to kill someone? Eff this game!" and deinstall the beta.
