Hello, I've preordered destiny 2 deluxe edition because i love the game but can't play the beta until now because it keeps crashing mid-mission on my PS4 Pro with the error code(CE-34878-0). Can't finish the tutorial to play with my friends. People with the normal ps4 can play without any problem. I've contacted Sony support and they said we should contact the game developers because we know it is a beta and they should fix their product. I know it is a beta but I didn't get to play the game that i played for 3 years and loved. No do not say because the language was set to russian because that didn't happen. My language is set at English (United States). Please fix the problem so that i could play atleast one crucible game with my friends. I've tried all troubleshooting steps that Playstation support mentioned. I tried copying the game from the HDD to an external hard disk but still didn't fix the problem.
