Bungie owes me 80 something dollars because I bought the legendary edition and now all the sudden it's not on my console and I've been using it for 2 years

Don’t know if this is where you post this but I can’t find anyway to get in touch...I had the wishender exotic quest sitting in my hunters quests for around 1 year. It appeared I was at the final step....All I had to do was hand it in to a statue in the shattered throne dungeon. I decided to do it today. I handed the quest in to the statue and the quest disappeared from my quests but I recieved no bow. The statue talked to me and acknowledged my awesomeness then somehow bungie appears to of shafted me with a ninja bug and I lost/completed the quest but received no bow.....what foul magic is this?
