I had an exotic cipher from xur a week or so ago, but then it disappeared from my inventory. It is not in the vault. I got another exotic cipher from triumphs. However, as I just checked, that is also now gone. This is unacceptable. Exotic ciphers are important components of the game. Very important. It seems like this will keep happening unless it is addressed. I would like an exotic cipher back, and for it to not disappear like the last two. I was looking forward to obtaining an exotic of my choice this weekend.

My splinter of darkness replica does not light up anymore. The light is green while charging but hitting the button does nothing. I've tried to reach out to bungie store customer support 3 times now and they have not responded. Am I just SOL?

1 ReplyI pre ordered beyond light and I didn’t get any of the pre order items then it asked me to buy it again so I did and now for the third time it’s asking me to buy it again even tho I’ve already finished the campaign. I uninstalled the game and the add ons multiple times but nothing seems to work.(Xbox)

Then all sudden I hope back on and I’m banned for two months especially when I just bought a new gun !!!! I don’t think so fix it unban me right now bungie I didn’t to do shit to deserve that
