1 ReplyBungie, you have tried to focus on so many things on this game. But there has ALWAYS been a problem through all and every DLC/update. And it is your matchmaking for crucible. From the time I was around 1020 light level to now, 1058. I have been constantly being matching with absolute PvP no lifes. I lost almost all of my glory and have just recently brought it up because I had a couple of matches that were balanced but because they were streaking it boosted me. From 1020 light level to now is about 3 weeks or so. When I played through season 6-8 I had just about the same exact issue. And before that during release it was as well (but im setting that aside because imo the game had a rough start). 80% of the players I face are literally 1075-1090. Meanwhile my teammates have consistently been in the 1010-1040 range. After beyond light releases, especially with the new elemental subclass. PLEASE STOP and get on the Destiny grind that you make us do and fix crucible for once. Id love to have even matches so I can finally enjoy crucible without having to absolutely no life this game. I am down for the grind, by all means. But Im not going to make 100% of my playtime revolve around crucible to become a God and finally enjoy myself. I expect a challenge but not a casino slot machine. When the game feels consistently rigged then thats the time to seriously start fixing it. Because as cool as 'new subclasses' and 'weildng the dark' sounds, nobody will like it if you don't put the effort to polish it. PRIME EXAMPLE being the 2020 halloween event. Completely disappointing long time players and boring new ones. Please fix things.

Also love how you have 0 support channels you really have a love for your community i have spent 4 hours of my life just trying to use the umbral decoder and it just wont work or give me the mission to do so i regret purchasing this game nothing but headaches

Why can't I replay the evacuation quest on my other characters? Like they make you have to redo literally everything between every single character EXCEPT for evacuation.
