Just look at the 1000+ replies to this thread with the same, or similar problems. IS IT NOT CLEAR FOR YOU MORONS THAT BUNGIE HAS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT?! Bungie has NO customer support. They just take your money and run off. You didn't even get the content that you paid for, and there is nothing anyone can do to help you, you've been scammed. Not even the mods, the mentors, and anyone else can help you. These are just community members compensating for Bungie's non existent customer support and they don't even get paid for it because they are not part of the company in the first place! They have 0 power to do anything about it. Bungie just robbed you mate, sorry to hear that but this isn't the first time it happened.

I have shadow keep and all the dlcs downloaded I have the deluxe edition but it doesn’t allow me to play the dlc missions? Can you guys fix this orrr what. I even have a picture as proof but it doesn’t let me play them.

Little Bungie doesn't have one because they know if they did that people would point out what they did wrong, and they would have to listen and they don't want that because they DON'T CARE ABOUT US. Hackers get more privileges than we do.
