  • Is this still a valid place to voice questions or concerns, hopefully in a timely manner? I was playing trials of Osiris 2/16/2025 around 9:00 pm e.s.t. and the game booted me out. There was no sign of my playstation logging out or disconnection on my end and yet I suffered 30 min ban. Can someone help me with this?

  • Yea so I’ve been dealing with bungie changing my name and me having to log into my account to change it back and now I’m out of name changes My bungie name was StopdaddyNoo yea maybe controversial but no where did it say that the name violated terms of service or codes of conduct I would like my name changed back to its original name that I have made for my account and if you can’t change it back I would like it to be SDNoo24 thank you

  • My account was hacked and I had sony restore it. My bungie account was fine then later the hacker deleted all my characters . how were they able to do this

  • @kell of Kellogs My bungie name is ItzMc#0765 And ps5 is mc1008103 And I opened up my acc today saying I have a restriction which is weird bc I am a top 10 trials player itw and been plaything this game sense beta d1 and wakeing up in the morning seeing I have been restricted and not saying what I did or how long it’s for is just wild man. I hope I can see what I have been banned for or atleast how long but wow this game is truly coming down man

  • Hello, My PlayStation account is from the USA but I live now in the netherlands. I just bought Destiny 2 Renegats with extension I and II included. I bought it in Amazon.nl therefore it’s an European one. I keep on getting an error when I try to download and play the game. The error code it’s boar and I checked in Bungies website and follow the steps and I don’t have any pending file to download. The code that brings the disc, when I try to enter it it give me the error that that code cannot be used in my region. What can I do? Thanks!

  • I tryed to unlink my xbox from bungie and keep it on my pc linked. but when I unlinked it all my progress was saved on my xbox instead of the pc and now I have to wait 90 day fix this. is there any way to shorten the time or fix my issue.

  • Having an issue still with the Tonic system. It is locked down on my Titan, and I cannot make tonics on them. https://www.xbox.com/play/media/SQmQNPhDky Idk if this shows up, but it’s me trying to make a tonic and stuck on the ‘Taste Test’ part. I can use the tonic table, but it consumes my reagents and I cannot get the ones I have ‘purchased’. The guide didn’t go to postmaster, as I have a bunch of open quest slots, and the recent patch didn’t fix it either.

  • Is there any update at all on a fix for our bungie IDs we were given without consent and are locked out of updating ourselves? -_- having no customer service phone number for account management/suppport purposes or even a "contact us chat" is not a smart business strategy.

  • I am a long time destiny player start back on d1 I cross saved my Xbox account to my old ps account. I stopped playing right before witch queen dropped and am now wanting to get back into destiny. I have since purchased a ps5 and made a new ps account with it. I downloaded destiny 2 again last night on my ps5 and went to link my original Xbox account to my new ps5 account. To my surprise I now have to wait 90 days to cross save my new account. Why? I understand there might be some exploit that some people could abuse but my account has been inactive for years. Is there any way to by pass this? I want to get back in but having to wait 3 months ain't it.
