I have been trying to contact someone from bungie for 2 whole years. I want to transfer my DLC from Xbox to my PC account. PLEASE HELP ME. I will never own an Xbox again, but I want to play D2 again. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP. I'm not re-buying it all, that's INSANE.

I left a fireteam after the game lagged for 20min trying to start, and now everytime i launch the game it says re-joining fireteam. i cant do anythiing how to i fix this

I have posted 3x times now since edge of fate about a known error in the quest step 11 of 31 in Edge of Fate. We have both altars restarted and can't interact with the altar to restart it. X does not appear in the proper space, and when you look at the map step, it is also not in the right place, slightly lower left where it should be. The objective is direclty on the LZ. Please fix this glitch in my account. I preordered a year of content with you guys now, and I can't play what just released this week. Help a loyal D1 player out please.

i have my console linked as primary and the correct epic set up for cross save but epic shows a dif char then my console but its linked and correct. what do i do to rectify this error? can someone reconnect the epic account or refresh so i can play on my pc with console saves

Hey Bungie, I bought the pre-order for the year of prophecy, and when I went to go play Edge of Fate, it says I didn't own it, so I when to the Microsoft store for Xbox, and it say I have to buy Edge of Fate. Can you help me found out way its doing that.

I recently got a PlayStation five and I would like to transfer my player and progress over from Xbox to PlayStation. When I try to cross save it gives me an endless loading screen I tried doing it on my own also watching how to videos and still no luck so I was hoping you guys can help me. I can't log in to destiny 2, the moment I get pass the title screen I'm hit with an error screen on ps4 saying it can't read the game content?

I have an issue with my cross save, my main account is from my Xbox. A few years ago before the whole ban on changing cross save started I had linked a steam account that I no longer have access to and now I can't add my actual steam account. I need help because I really want to play on my new PC but if I can't log in with my characters and all the stuff I worked so hard for (literally every exotic weapon and armor piece in the entire game) then what's the point? I know Bungie doesn't give two craps if they lose a few players, but this is pretty messed up. We should be able to switch our account a single time in case something like this happens. And if course there isn't anyway for me to actually contact anyone at Bungie who can do anything about it, so here I am trying anything I can think of to get help with this. So can ANYONE please help cuz I don't want to just give up on years of effort but I'm not going to start all over either.

I linked the wrong epic games account to my bungie crosssave and it won't let me unlink but I pre ordered the new d2 expansion so need to link the other account!

Can someone help me as I was ment to make my xbox as the primary account for cross save but selected my PlayStation account and now got to wait 90 days to be able to reactivate and lost everything because the season pass would not work on my xbox after purchase of the annual pass

I collected the stashes, then collected the special delivery, opened them in my inventory, and then they just vanished into thin air. So where are they or how do I recover them?

How do I reaquire the revenant quest line? I seem to lose it after act 1, after I speak to Eido then Mithrax and then Eido again. It just stops after that. There's nothing. No quest to track, no hints as to where I need to go. Nothing. I'm super frustrated with this and could use any help. I've swapped characters, and it's just done the same thing.
