My username got changed to its default name without me changing it and ive had the name for a while. My name was changed before by bungie crossplay but then changed back and it did it again and wont change back. Ive tried changing it again but i dont have another name change. Please fix this bug.

I completed the entire light fall campaign and got the triumph for it but it never gave me the option to select an exotic. It says nimbus needs to talk to me to claim something but it just goes to his inventory screen. Please help, I just want my swarmers.

I just logged into the game, and the cross play feature changed my name by itself. I dont have a name change token, how do i get my name back? I would understand if it was vulgar or against their policy but it straight ip changed it because pf the crossplay feature.

I cant leave my clan. It says that i cant leave because I am the founder, i tried making another account and joining but it wont let anyone join. I just want the clan deleted and out of it.

Finished the raid twice and still can’t claim my jacket online, every time I login the site just keeps buffering/loading after I approve the sign in. Tried on and off of wifi and cellular. It’s overly frustrating

My account was recently hacked. LEt me start by saying I have never provided my information to anyone, never cheated or boosted etc. They tried to extort money in order to save my account and when I didn't comply, deleted all my characters and weapons. I belivee I have shut off cross play however loosing 10 years of character data and 7 years of rewards and a full vault is extremely rough. I have considered simply not playing anymore as I play end game and having to grind campaingn to unlock specific items etc just seems honestly too much. Is there anything Bungie can do to help me?

I accidentally unlinked cross save, I didn’t know I would lose my characters and loss access to the season pass for 3 months. I’ll only have a month to complete when I am able to re-link my account. Is there anyway to verify I am the account owner so I don’t have to wait so long?

I just returned to destiny when finally shape dropping, for trials this week it wouldn’t show me a card to grab. I have all the requirements but when I go to saint he has nothing for me?

I know this thread was from a while ago but it’s currently final shape dlc and I can’t access trials of Osiris. I’ve finished all campaigns and played competitive but destiny is still saying I don’t have access to it

I disconnected from a trials match after losing. It was concerned too early even though we lost and I can play trials. Is this a permanent ban from trials or just this week?

Hey man i recently infused my weapon with a god roll rocket launcher by accident is there any way i can retrieve the weapon with the same rolls? I worked really hard to get the weapon it is the cold comfort rocket launcher with envious assassin and bait and switch.

So my fiancees account was banned, there's screenshots of the hacker and everything, and he's submitted two repeals neither have been replied to but there is proof the account was hacked and banned for cheats is there any ways to help the appeal process? It's been over two months now.

Can I get a refund on final shape? I play solo and i cant get the exotic class item unless i play doubles. That was the whole sell for me, personally. If I knew that I would have to find another person to do this with I never would have bought this $100+ add on. I would even let you delete my acct and everything, amd ai will meber play destiny again. I play solo or matchmaking strikes, and if I knew this would be so "team" oriented I wouldve kept on not playing destiny. Ive been a bungie fan for years, but the choices they make alienate solo players. Again, IF I KNEW, I never would have picked up the sticks and played destiny again. I should have learned my lesson in the past that destony is not for solo players. I just feel used, and foolish now. Please, take my account and everything associated with it, amd juat give me my $106 back. Please.

If I a black man with a funny name (nicur avoiding cops) is banned how do I get unbanned because my ban was totally uncalled for especially since I have spent hundreds of hours and hundreds of dollars on the game.

Bungie changed my name which didn't even violate any of the name restrictions and I cant change it back because I already used my name change. I don't understand why since it was appropriate and it's stupid that they can just change it without giving me the option to change it back.
