hey how do i redeem abandoned quests as i cant get the rat king quest on any of my characters can you help

I have 2. 1 is well I'm not moining but I got the exotic arbalast with out doing the challenge 2 the post master keeps losing my stuff. It was not full when I opened an engram and the gun disaperd. What if I had spent days grinding for something and that happens.

The arbalest is a possible reward from engrams now. As for the postmaster, it is not intended for storage. Older items can be pushed out by newer items.

My friend got all is character's deleted by someone who somehow got into his account. Is there any way at all he can recover his characters?

Hey opened a eververse engram and got an exotic arm but it never showed up in my bag or my collection. Is there anyway you can fix this? My psn is You_Never_C_Me, if you can't fix it then I understand but would like it fixed.

Hey there, This will have been an ornament for an item. Check your mods section of your inventory. It will have a use option on it, doing so will unlock the ornament for this item.

I bought Destiny 2 at the midnight release, and I also bought the deluxe edition so I would have all the expansions. Yesterday, I bought the collector's edition brand new at Gamestop, where I work, in order to get the emote, emblem, and sword. After trying to use the code, it said it had been used. I contacted Sony, and they said it was used as well. I don't need the expansions, but I want the emblem and sword and emote I paid for. So how am I supposed to get it if the code from a BRAND NEW product is said to have been used? I bought it specifically for the dlc....please help! They said I could regenerate a code, and I have the receipt from purchase.

If you purchased new content that contained used codes, you will need to take this up with the retailer you made your purchase through.

I did, I just called them. But being that Bungie is the one who printed the code on the insert for my disc, there's no way for them to replicate that. So how to I get in touch with Bungie to receive my missing content? It's not like I'm just trying to get extra things, being that I own 3 different copies of this game. I just want what I paid for.

You would have needed to play Forsaken content prior to October 16.
