So is it true that there shutting down the severs for destiny 1 in October this year in 2018 if so that's bull I payed money for that game n dlc n I'd like a refund n if u refuse bungie then u go out of business due to a lot of people being very pissed off a lot of them might Sue

So my brother has purchased the Taken King for his account. I went on and used my account and I also had the Taken King though I hadn’t actually purchased it. The next day, I no longer had access to anything to do with the Taken King and I still have that problem. I have items equipped that require the expansion pack, I started to gain experience as I’m level 34 and I had access to specific Taken King quests and now I have nothing. Please help

I have a qiestion about Destiny. I want to buy Rise of Iron, but it says I need the Taken King. I have that already. I haven't been able to find a solution to this so far.

I don’t believe Rise of Iron is sold separately anymore. If it is, you will need to be purchasing it using the same account that was used to purchase a The Taken King. For additional help regarding purchases from your console store, you will need to reach out to your store’s customer support.

I did not get my cold heart exotic weapon. Im a level 25 and beat the story mode. Ive bought the pre order so I used the cold to redeem it. It told me it would be at the gunsmith but there was nothing there. Help me please

I purchased a dlc thinking it was for destiny 2 when in reality it was for the original destiny, now I can’t use it because I don’t own the original destiny only destiny 2, yet it also said that the dlc I purchased is not refundable? What should I do?

My game says i have lost connection to destiny 2 servers. My permissions to access online multiplayer gameplay may have changed or my profile habe neen signed in elsewhere. Been like this for over a week. Can someone fix this please

Psn having issues since this past Tuesday/Wednesday. Just gotta wait for Sony to resolve their issues.

My psn is fine i can play all my other games without any issues

It has been well documented to be a psn issue, which isn’t affecting all users or all games. Each game/user is being affected differently, which is likely why it’s taking a while to diagnose/fix.

It is a known issue with PSN, impacts vary but it IS a Sony issue.

Hopefully this gets to someone seeing as how I’m very frustrated. I’ve played destiny 2 since day one on xbone, but recently got a gaming pc and purchased destiny 2 on my pc. Every time i try to start the game it starts to sign in, and then it tells me that destiny 2 servers are unavailable. No code word or anything. I’ve been all over the forums looking for help and can’t find anything. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled about 4 times now. I’ve also done the scan and repair thing about 4 times and they find nothing. I’m at my wits end and I’ve dropped $60 on a game i literally can’t sign in to. Any help would be appreciated.

Ya when are you going to fix connection issues to Destiny 2 in the United kingdom ? It seems your network is struggling to cope with demand. Or is there another issue? Either way it's time you fixed this ongoing issue been unable to connect for two days at least. I have followed all advice on your help page and still nothing. I have tried a number of other idea found online or from my own knowledge of IT but still no joy. Please fix this soon cos we payed good money for this game. Up till now I have enjoy this game but this has been ruin by your lack of response to this issue.

Anyone know how to fix the error code watercress I have been trying everything since the weekly reset still cannot connect to destiny 2. Haven’t fond much online to solve this problem thanks for any help you can give.

I still can't use the game after the issue with psn on Tuesday. PSN is hardly working but I'm able to play overwatch. Any suggestions?

It has been said countless times, it is a Sony PSN issue. They have to fix it.

there are reports of it impacting parties and other games as well, therefore it is not a Bungie issue, but they are working with psn to resolve.

It is a PSN issue and is not widespread. It affects different accounts differently and they are trying to figure what is causing it and how to fix it. Bungie is assisting and I am pretty sure so are other developers.
