  • I created a clan named “The Timehaters” I cannot do anything admin-wise and the companion app doesn’t even recognize the clan when I type the name in the search. What should I do? I can’t even kick everyone from the clan to start a new one. Nor can I leave because I’m the founder

  • Why have I opened 35 iron banner packages and not gotten a single chest piece? I WANT to collect this armor because I'm crazy about collecting all my favorite loot, but I simply can't. Why?

  • 39 engrams in, almost 800 tokens in, countless hours of my time wasted, and still no hunter cloak. How can you not see that this is clearly flawed system that does not reward more time spent on it at all. Some people open 5 packages and get full set. Other like myself open 40 and are still missing pieces. Fix it Bungie.

  • @kellogs My friend and I bought destiny 2 together and got the coldheart. My frind’s was able to redeem his code. But I couldn’t redeem mine. When i try to redeem my code, it says” the code you entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid” How could I redeem it? I want the coldheart😢 Thank you

  • I’ve completed the rat king quest once, Then I completed night fall twice with 5 minuets remaining and still have not received the rat king gun, can you pls tell me why? Thank you.

  • If you have the quest, at least one other member of your fireteam needs to be on the same step of the quest or have Rat King equipped.

  • I and my girlfriend preordered destiny 2 for xbox 1 from gamestop. It was supposed to come with the tracker ghost, cold heart and 600 silver. We got codes for all 3 each. All 3 codes were redeemed however we never recieved the silver. I contacted Microsoft and spoke to someone who checked on my account and codes entered. He acknowledged that it showed the codes were accepted but didnt give silver to either account. We ran through a couple of steps to fix that but nothing worked. So he gave me a phone number for bungie but you cant leave a message because the mailbox is full. So now what? Its complete crap !

  • I've got one that will stump you. I pre-ordered destiny 2 which came with 2 redeemable codes. 1 for kill tracker ghost, and 1 for the trace rifle coldheart. I entered both codes, finished the campaign, and reached level 20. I received the kill tracker ghost, but not the coldheart. Tried entering the code again and it told me the code had already been redeemed. I have yet to receive my coldheart which was the main reason I pre-ordered the game. This has happened to numerous other people and bungie doesn't reply to any of these complaints. They need to start issuing new codes for these people so they can get what they paid for, instead they are ignoring it totally. No wonder they don't have customer service, they would rather just ignore the problems. They don't seem to care because you can't return games when you have already played them, and they already have their money. So people who pre-ordered the game and did not receive what they paid for are shit out of luck.

    Go to settings and then recently local saved games. Delete local saved games. All info is saved on cloud. Hard reset system by holding power button 10 seconds . Then start system. After it starts go to games. Then check updates for games. Look for destiny updates on any items . If they are ready to update then download content again. Next load game and check on items. This info was given to me from Microsoft but didnt help me. But it might help you. Good luck.

  • Hello I was wondering if you could help me with a problem? Recently I recognized in Destiny 2 it won't let me dismantle or tranfer old emblems to make room for the new ones I have yet to take out of the postmaster .

  • Thanks for the help , unfortunately this solution did work despite the fact that I tried using different buttons and checking if my controller was properly functioning .But sadly this didn't help me find a solution to my problem.

  • @kellogs So I still haven't gotten my preordered kill tracker ghost from GameStop, and I called today and they said to "contact the manufacturer" is this bungie? If it is how am I supposed to contact them as they don't have a phone or email. Is it Sony?(I play on PS4)

  • I cannot get the Clan XP Milestone to activate on my 2nd character. It's available on my first character. Both characters are able to contribute xp to the individual 5000 per week goal but the milestone does not appear on my 2nd. They are lvl 20/278 and I have completed the story. Is there a list of things that have to be completed before the Clan XP Milestone will activate? I can't seem to find an answer to this question anywhere.

  • Was having the same issues. I was trying to recover characters that my autistic son deleted while I wasn't around. keep getting put in a vicious cycle of unhelpful information that refers me to forums about people complaining about color shaders etc. love the game but the customer service has been a nightmare.
