  • So I’ve tried to verify my email now atleast five times and it says I have but every time I open the app it tells me I haven’t. I’ve also tried to enter a cell number but every time it gives me the code it tells me “ patience is a virtue” like bruh what do I have to do to fix this?

  • Hey man, i got a problem on destiny 2 with game chat. In pve or pvp, everyone can hear me, but i cant hear the other players. I tested it with multiple friends and they all say they can hear me. I tried everythi g i could find on the internet but it just wont work. Im on ps4 and i have a official playstation bleutooth headsett. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

  • I have been trying to finish my taipan pattern but no matter what I do, it only shows progress as 1/2. Is this something I just have to wait to get corrected? Or should I contact somewhere else?

  • No can do. Bungie will not forcefully remove an account from cross save. They do not store our login information. You will need to contact steam to try and regain control of your account.

  • I cannot get the last 3 stasis fragments from the Exo Stranger as I have no memory fragments and she is not offering any quests. I have not done any quests for months with these so its not the 2 per week limit. The quest is not abandoned in my past quest kiosk. I have finished the campaign of beyond light a long time ago. For the moment I am simply left with no path forward and missing 3 fragments. Any ideas how to fix? I have been looking into this issue and it seems many people are having this problem with no response from bungie.

  • @kell of kelloggs I've already spoken with twitch support about getting the star burst emblem for watching the destiny 2 lightfall reveal livestream, I tried the troubleshooting tips they suggested but they didn't work, after that they said to contact bungie directly about getting help in receiving the emblem.

  • Check all characters and the vault. If it hasn't reappeared in 24hrs then the weapon is considered lost. Bungie doesn't restore lost/deleted items for any reason.

    The ketchcrash activity is bugged for me. It tells me to talk to spider but once I do, it doesn’t show anything from him on his menu, please help. I’m trying to complete the activity and I can’t.🥲

  • I have purchased the witch queen on ps4 but I can not access it on stadia and it says I have to purchase it again and yes I had cross save turned on since before I purchased witch queen.

  • DLC licenses are per platform, meaning a ps4 DLC license will not enable the content on a non-ps4 platform. This is not something Bungie has any control over. Tangentially, season passes are applied to the account, not platform, so any seasonal content for a season that you own the pass for will be available across all cross-saved platforms.

  • Hi for the last few seasons ive worked hard on crucible day and night to get unbroken title for a more than 3 seasons i got glory rank legend and 5 consecutive wins and none have registered its pretty tiring now and messed up that nothing changes please help

  • Unfortunately this is not possible. Only players have access to their accounts for linking and unlinking since it needs you to authenticate it.

  • Can you fix my now changed name to have an Apostrophe instead of a bunch of numbers in the name? Cause I put an apostrophe in and I see it as an apostrophe on my companion app and the Bungie Store but not in game. How do I fix this or is there no solution?

  • I bought the season of plunder silver bundle, used silver to buy this season (18) season's pass. I played the seasonal intro on my warlock, titan, and hunter; in each mission, I received the skeleton key seasonal artifact and was returned to orbit upon beating the final boss. I have "ahoy and aweigh" in my milestones describing: Interaction witnessed" and telling you go to the helm. At the helm I cannot progress, there is no cutscene, no quest given, nothing. I am seeing in the forums I should have been transported to the eliksni quarter upon completing the seasonal intro to talk to spider and receive a quest. This did not happen, and I cannot visit the eliksni quarter in my helm, as there is no spot for it on the map. I also cannot repeat the seasonal intro, there is nothing on Europa on any of my characters for this season. I cannot play any of the seasonal activities or experience any of the seasonal story. I can upgrade the skeleton key and acquire and complete seasonal bounties, that's it. I would have simply refunded the silver purchase and rebought the season pass again, but steam (my platform) will not honor my request. So, I bought the season pass, and I can't participate in any seasonal activities on any of my characters. I want a response, and some help would be fair and appreciated. UPDATE: Reinstalled, eliksni quarter added to my helm on all characters. I arrive and go to the spider vendor and a character called eido is talking to him. My milestone is updated to: "talk to spider", after they stop talking. I approach spider and nothing happens, there is just a blank bounty screen. All of my characters encounter this issue, I cannot play any seasonal activities or engage in any seasonal story content. I have received no seasonal quests, I only have the "talk to spider" milestone. I am reinstalling AGAIN to attempt to find a solution to this block I am experiencing on PAID content progression. Would really like some help with this live service game for content I paid for and cant see or experience. UPDATE** 2nd Reinstall, no changes, cant talk to spider, cant progress.
