I have had beyond light for years now ever since it dropped but out of no where it’s telling me I need to buy it again but u own it already with the pre order pack and it’s installed on my console I have contacted Xbox 3 times about this situation and it’s on yall end so can you please give me the beyond light dlc I payed for or give me a refund for my money spent

If you're confident that you have purchased a Beyond Light License, you may need to [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049196071]restore your licenses[/url] for your platform account. If you previously used Xbox Game Pass to access Destiny 2 content, Destiny 2 is no longer supported in Xbox Game Pass and you would need to purchase those licenses of what you want to access. if you are seeking a refund, those can only be issues through the retailer that you purchased your license from, Bungie doesn't handle refunds since they do not have proof of your purchase transaction.

I went flawless in trials of Osiris 11 minutes before reset and flying into to the light house i was kick so I didn't get my loot I was wondering if there was any way to get my loot

Unfortunately if you didn’t make it in tot he lighthouse on time there is no way to receive the rewards. You would need to try again the following week.

I hate that I have to dogpile on this thread but I'm not getting any answers anywhere else and it all seems to be radio silence on Bungie's side. What is going on with the 1 ash drop from Bonfire bash? I'm even seeing Eva is selling a random piece of armour for my titan for 1 ash when everything else is 100. I can't use ash on any armour because all I have is 6 pieces of it, there is no way I'm going to do 500+ runs of the bonfire bash

I bought the upgrade for the new solstice event. And people who didn't buy it for the same rewards. I want my money back. I spend a lot of money on other things. AND I'M PISSES I SPENT MONEY AND GOT NOTHING DIFFERENT THEN THOSE WHO DIDN'T PAY ANYTHING. I WASTED MY SILVER.

Ok I’ll ask. Please refund me all of my money I have spent over the years on your games, expansions and in game purchases. I have been loyal to you since Halo 1. I have had enough. It is not right that high value rewards are only attainable by those who choose to clan together and team shoot. If you have 2 heck’s about your player base you would have made trials only for individual skill and not clan happy people who just team shoot players who are not matching with clans. In fact, your matchmaking almost always puts clans vs people not in clans and is a joke. Please return all of my money. Thanks

Bungie for the love of everything holy please do something. Fusion rifles have been stupid overpowered since you gave them a buff 3 seasons ago. Pulse rifles are extremely overpowered. I want to play pvp and get pvp adept weapons but I fight the exact same overpowered meta against people I will never have a chance against killing. It has been this way for so long and you continuously keep it the exact same way. I guess I don’t even really know why I’m typing this because I know it’s not gonna change anything. However I know I’m not the only person that feels this way but that doesn’t matter either. Your about to lose a player for good but I guess that doesn’t matter either because you still have en entire community so what is the big deal about 1 player leaving. It’s whatever tired of trying to give this game chances and get better weapons just to end up losing my mind. Not worth it anymore. Time to give up on this game after all this time waiting for changes that will simply never come.

Ive been playing this game since it launched. Originally on Xbox, once I got my PC I moved over to steam. Now every time I log in I get the Weasel error code, I have restarted my computer I dont know how many times and it never solves the problem. I just want to play but this error makes it impossible. What can I do to fix it?

You will need to work with the platform associated with that account. You must be able to authenticate all accounts.

I just recently realized that I am missing certain pieces of armor from season 8 through season 12. Did these item just get deleted or did the transmog update just get rid of some item by accident, is there a way I can collect them back from a vendor. If not please help

What do I do if every time I try the gjallarhorn dungeon I lose connection to the servers but it doesn't happen anywhere else. I tried that dungeon 10 times and losing the urge to do it.

Recent update killed duality dungeon. Glitching bell Bearer's where the respawning in nightmare (Boss CP) Random explosions and add thats are untouchable due to speed they running at. Got my solo done but never counted on triumph. So I'm tryin to re run but now i cant even get past 1/2 health without something happening
