Quick question is it glitching or cheating if you find a literal hole in a wall on a mission and look threw it with out entering it like standing in the mission but just looking in to the hole not entering the hole at all just looking

Finding bugs or glitches is not cheating in any way. Bungie encourages players to find things this like this report them so they can be investigated and fixed.

Are you going to work on the issue of the low red border drop rates for the duality fusion and machine gun weapons? The very same weapons that are the ONLY ones to be crafted and the VERY SAME ONES required for a TRIUMPH that says to craft ALL OPULENT WEAPONS????

My PC version of the game keeps freezing during load screens. Flying in to destination, initial load in, etc. I have removed the Ram from my PC and cleaned it for dust as suggested. I have restarted my computer when it freezes as suggested. I have updated the driver for every component in my PC. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice. After all this the problem still continues. This is the only game in my library I am currently having any sort of issue with. Other games played to see if anything happens similar to Destiny's freezing include Elden Ring, COD Warzone, Red Dead Redemption 2. All of which ran with no problem. Please Assist

I play on Xbox and every time I log on it takes about 20 minutes MAX for me to get the error code weasel. This started happening just about two weeks ago and has gotten progressively worse since then. It is at the point where I cannot play through an activity all the way without getting kicked. What can I do to solve this problem?

I do warn to exercise caution when choosing a name as we only have 1 change and once you click the button, it is set. There are no additional warnings or confirmations.

I am doing the aspect of interference quest for beyond light. I finished the mission "darkness investigated" but I disconnected from the game just as I finished the quest. So the quest is still in my quest log, however If I track the quest it gives me no objective of where to go. How can I fix the quest?

When you log in to the Destiny companion app you use the authentication for your platform account. If you log in and see another account this means you are using different / incorrect information. You may want to reach out to your platform customer support for help recovering the account credentials.

Hi there! Licensing is managed by your platform, not by Bungie. Please check your platform's digital store and search for the edition of Beyond Light that you purchased. If the store is stating that you need to purchase it again, then something happened with your purchase. Please contact your platform's support team for further help on this issue!
