  • Hi my account was recently hacked and lots of silver was bought I refunded it all but I have been left with negative -4700 silver how do I get rid of this without paying my own money which I shouldn’t be doing as I was hacked.

  • Players that receive platform refunds or chargebacks of Silver they HAVE SPENT in-game will see a negative Silver balance on their account. Players with a negative Silver balance will not be able to purchase Eververse Items until the outstanding Silver balance on their account has been repaid.   • Why do I have to wait 90 days for cross save that's so frustrating I missed guardian games now I can't get my title smg and new season starts today and I can't even play with my account this is so frustrating and I want to resolve this with out waiting the 90 days I spent why to much money on this game for this to happen

  • Someone has linked a Xbox account to my cross-platform account and I can't unlink it to add my own. Help please, I have a lot of season 1 and 2 destiny stuff and I can't use it any of it cause someone else has linked to my cross-platform

  • You must be able to authenticate all accounts that are attached to your account. Bungie will NOT remove it for you. Once removed you will need to wait the 90 day lockout period.

  • I can authenticate my Playstation and Xbox account but have no clue who the person is that linked their Xbox account to my Playstation account keeping me from linking my own Xbox account. I just need to figure out how to disconnect it from my cross-platform. The disconnect button is grayed out and won't let me click it.
