Please help me, I can't contact support for a serious issue. My "Peircing Rounds" for sidearms I put a token into it 4x but then the artifact goes grey and unusable. Also since witch queen. My Artfice Mark lost its Artifice slot? I really want to use sidearm's this season. Plz help. SOS SOS

The piercing rounds mod has been temporarily disabled. As for the artifice, Bungie is currently investigating this issue.

I just donated to St Jude’s for the GCX event and unfortunately put a typo in my email which they have told me they cannot amend. I assume now that I won’t be able to get the emblem that was rewarded for the donation - is there any way around this?

I’m having the same issue my hunter void subclass is bugged I cannot access it ikora doesn’t have the quest so I can unlock it what do I do I already reset my game did some quest to see if it would unlock nothing works

I bought Witch Queen Standard edition on Steam but I do not have the dungeon key unlocked and it says I need to buy it still but the Key comes with the Standard Edition. Is anyone else having this problem or Know of any Solutions?

The dungeon only comes with the deluxe edition. You can purchase the dungeon key in the eververse store.

we only get one name change. whether do to fat-fingers, power glitches, goofiness, siblings, etc, until bungie gives us another one, you are stuck with it.

Hi my account was recently hacked and lots of silver was bought I refunded it all but I have been left with negative -4700 silver how do I get rid of this without paying my own money which I shouldn’t be doing as I was hacked.

Players that receive platform refunds or chargebacks of Silver they HAVE SPENT in-game will see a negative Silver balance on their account. Players with a negative Silver balance will not be able to purchase Eververse Items until the outstanding Silver balance on their account has been repaid.
