I have a question regarding my ability to play i have an account linked to an old playstaition account which can no longer be accessed but I have a new playstaition account and would like to keep my guardian and accounts for this new playstaition account. I've been getting Nightingale frequently and all of the suggestions that bungie have offered on their website, doesn't work for me. All other games on my xbox and pc work properly. It's Destiny 2 I'm having issues.

Someone has linked a Xbox account to my cross-platform account and I can't unlink it to add my own. Help please, I have a lot of season 1 and 2 destiny stuff and I can't use it any of it cause someone else has linked to my cross-platform

You must be able to authenticate all accounts that are attached to your account. Bungie will NOT remove it for you. Once removed you will need to wait the 90 day lockout period.

I can authenticate my Playstation and Xbox account but have no clue who the person is that linked their Xbox account to my Playstation account keeping me from linking my own Xbox account. I just need to figure out how to disconnect it from my cross-platform. The disconnect button is grayed out and won't let me click it.

I play Destiny the taken king on Xbox 360 and I am on the quest for the sleeper stimulant for the vanguard strike and I am unable to do it due to Xbox live gold and Xbox 360 I believe cannot get it anymore so I cannot finish the quest to get it.

I'm looking to change to MNK on my xbox was wondering if I was allowed to do this and play destiny2, due to surgery on my hands of years of being a builder just need to clarify what's allowed and not allowed cant afford a gaming pc

Hey, I was wondering if there was a way to request to get my name changed. I recently changed my Bungie name. I added some special characters to my name and at the time didn’t realize it was going to be quite troublesome for people to add me, or message me due to the special characters. Just wanted to know if there was a possibility to get it changed or get the special characters removed from it?

Bungie allowed one name change. You are stuck with this name until bungie allows more.

Hi I recently bought a PS5 I was on Xbox one.. I cross saved from Xbox one to PS5 .. but I get a message saying my main account can't be unlinked for 88 days.. I can't find nor play with the character I put money into I also can't find that character as well

Unfortunately Bungie cannot assist; you will need to be able to authenticate your account. You can try reaching out to steam customer support for help recovering your steam account so you can then authenticate it.

I have an Amazing question, who and why thought it was a good idea to let non fireteam members match up against players in a fireteam in Trials of Osiris? It really gives one side an advantage just because of communication. Please fix so players with no friends on Destiny have equal chance for flawless.

Cause trials has always been an end game pvp. Freelance comes around about once a month.

I keep getting the error "Plum." After I looked it up it said the error pops up if BattlEye Launcher detects a cheat software in my system; however, I am not using any cheat software, I simply want to enjoy the story mode and cant because I keep getting kicked out.
