  • Hello, I wish there was a way to contact Bungie directly by phone. I have tried everything under the moon to fix this issue, but I keep getting the WEASEL error code. I have spent hours trying to fix this with the troubleshooting guide and even attempting the port forwarding and disabling the firewall, but my internet is not the issue, from all the reading I have done on this.. It looks like it might be related to the fact that I have PlayStation, Microsoft and Steam accounts all linked through the application on my phone that I use daily (I have played Destiny going back to 2014 rotating between all consoles and most recently PC) possibly since I have fully moved onto PC and don't plan on using console, I may have to disable cross-save but don't want to lose any characters or purchased content I have (could use some assistance, I tried to do it and it looked like I almost disabled my main account - then it said my PlayStation account recently had silver purchased on it? I haven't been on PlayStation in years). Any recommendations or fixes on this are greatly appreciated, I have also already tried deleting/reinstalling the entire game, made sure all overlays are turned off, I have fiber optic with an ethernet connection. I'm at the end here lol, I love playing the game but when I get disconnected in a raid or NF, its extremely discouraging. It happens about every 1-2 hours of playing.     When i am playing d2 i am having huge FPS drops, and it happens very often. I have tried many things to fix it, but nothing yet has worked. I tried to take away unnecessary tabs, update my graphic driver, lower my quality, and nothing yet has worked. Any other ideas that could help? (Other games work fine)

  • Hey, can you fix the Le monarque's poison AOE? I land a precision shot and people standing literally right next to the targeted person don't get poisoned. Maybe you could widen the range a little bit to be like dragonfly or Firefly?

    Well they should probably get one so people can start letting them know how bad they are ruining game!!!!!! Get rid of cross play it’s a joke for starters or let you choose if you want to or not!!!!!!!!

    Yea I’m console settings every other good multiplayer game has choice through game not the console that disables every game not just single game your playing. Maybe they should take a page out of a good pvp game and fix their garbage pvp matchmaking.

  • I know this may be a dumb question to ask, but is there going to be old seasonal emotes coming to the store anytime soon? (Not season pass ones). I was looking for the opulent clap and the finisher this is trials and I’ve looked for months and never seen them or other old emote/finisher content added back to the store :(

  • Hello, I recently learned that my bungie account was logged in by my brother. Being the way he is, he has used the one free name change that was given to players to change my bungie name to XxKlansmenxX. I understand completely how this is extremely racist and do not want to upset anyone and break bungies code of conduct. Is there any way it could be changed back to what it was before? it used to be HollowFistr Thanks

  • Hey dude can you help me, I’ve been having this issue for months. So it says my cross save is connected with the right account. Even on the app it has my PlayStation account on there but it has a random fresh character everytime I log on the PlayStation.

  • Your cross save is set up correctly, with your steam account as the main account. If you are not seeing your steam characters when you log into PlayStation , it means you’re logging in on a different PlayStation account than you have linked to your profile.

  • Is there any other option to submit a ticket or anything or get any feedback from bungie? Ive posted the same issue several times and have never gotten a response from anyone. Basically the trophies/achievements for the subclass are glitched out. There are conversations regarding the issue on reddit and psnprofiles. I started the game as a titan... got every subclass unlocked... but no trophy/achievement. I just want to make sure they are aware of the issue. Thanks

  • @Kell of Kellogs So I have the stasis fragments done but glacial harvest will not claim for me. I am on warlock. every time I click it, nothing happens. its just stuck in the exo strangers inventory.
