  • The point is, I had a previous name for over a year and it wasn’t an issue. It allowed me to input the name, without issue. And then, I was able to have it for over 24 hours. Then it’s changed without warning and no option to correct it. This is poor design and your canned responses are literally just making the matter worse.

  • Hey everyone. So I've been playing Destiny 2 for almost a year on my 5-year old A4tech Bloody V7 (I believe) with up to core 2 activated (I haven't purchased any of the 'premium' options). BUT - today I bought the A4tech Bloody W70 MAX at my local store (my old mouse was running it's last run at this point). I came home, I unboxed it and of course, started up Destiny to see how it performs. Then I wanted to look into the software again (haven't really used it before, once or twice tweaked the sensitivity of my old mouse + the backlight and that's it) and to see what the core 3 and core 4 options bring (my new mouse is fully unlocked when it comes to the cores straight from the box). And here comes the problem. Core 4 is somewhat a RPG/MMO kind of thing where you can set macros and what not, and core 3 is as they say 'senior FPS core' and gives you the 'headshot' option. I understand that it's some kind of a tool to help you aim but that's pretty much it. I just clicked on it to see what it says, haven't tweaked or touched anything. To state my point after making ya'll bored already - I just need to know, if it is safe to use this mouse when playing Destiny 2. On one hand I've been playing with my old mouse USING THE SAME SOFTWARE all this time with no issues, but it didn't have the core 3 & 4 activated. Now it does, so I am a bit worried that it might be seen as cheating (especially that core 3 option) - that's why I am asking in the first place. My friend told me that some games had problems with Bloody mice in the past. I personally never had a single problem and I played all games possible with my old A4tech mouse. If anyone knows the answer to this, please, let me know. For now, I just clicked on 'core 2' option in the Bloody software and so the 'premium' features as 'Oscar Macro' and 'Headshot' aren't even shown in the tabs anymore. More or less it's like my old mouse now. I did play a game and been free roaming on Cosmodrome for like 15 mins with core 4 active when I first connected the mouse though. I just love A4tech mice and honestly, no other mouse ever sat so good in my hand when it comes to it's shape. And we all can agree that shape is the most important thing.. unless you are a proffesional-ish player of course and have a bit different priorities. It would be a pitty to be forced to play with a different one (and buying it - I have only A4tech ones at home currently). I will be glad for any info on this topic. Thanks for your time! JP

  • Heay there, Why aren't all the Sherpas that you've already collected in the raid counted? On every page where you can track it is written that I have already collected 11 Sherpa. However, Destiny's statistics show that I have 0 sherpas. So why isn't it counted?!?!

  • Hello Bungie, I have the same problem as the Youtuber. I made a mistake with the cross save because unfortunately I had chosen the wrong one and now all my chrakats are gone (still saved on XBOX). Unfortunately I can't deactivate my cross save because I bought silver on my XBOX. How can I proceed? Can you perhaps deactivate my cross save so that I can access my XBOX character again? English

  • Hi there! Bungie is not able to deactivate the 90 day cooldown for any reason. You will need to wait out the cooldown before making any changes. Please note that in order to make changes, you must deactivate Cross Save, which triggers a 90 day cooldown.   • Heay, The problem is that I can't disable cross save by buying silver on my XBOX. Although I just want the connection off of Steam because I have all my characters on my XBOX. It only shows me the Steam character that is 1350 and not my XBOX character. The question now is whether I can somehow disable it beforehand.

  • Hello please help me, I bought the witch queen expansion on ps4, but in game its still prompting me to buy it. I talked to Playstation and they said I have to take this up with the game developer and there's nothing I can do.

  • My Bungie name is Cloudbroth#8256. I received a message from Microsoft saying I had a security Breach today at 8:59 AM on 3/14/22. I was at work. And when I came home; I check on my Xbox; and all 3 of my Destiny 2 Characters had been completely Deleted. I have 976 Hours on Destiny, and would be absolutely destroyed if my accounts were actually gone forever. If they could be recovered I would take anything over having to completely restart almost 1000 hours of mv life!!!

  • Hi, i recently bought the dlc, i got the anniversary and collectors edition on the playstation store. but now i’m having an issue where the DLC content is making me bluescreen when i try to start it up. everything else works but the as soon as i want to do anything for example the witch queen campaign. it starts the counter, but as soon as i get to 1 second. everything freezes and then i get the bluescreen with the code CE-34878-0. i’m on a PS4 pro, i want to finally play but i can’t proceed from The Enclave mission.

    Hi there, I have a problem. I activated Cross Save and then selected the wrong platform. All my characters are gone now. Can you please help me? Wanted to play my XBOX characters on Steam but now everything is gone.... With Cross Save I can still see that they are on the XBOX. But when I log in I only see this one 1350 char.
