The finch quest “trust goes both ways” is glitched for me. It never gave the option to start the quest and now to receive the veritas grips from finch I have to complete the quest.

Hey so I pre ordered the new witch queen dlc and j was the deluxe edition and I have some proof that I own it but it never gave me everything that came with it once it was released such as the campaign and the other bonuses. Is there a way I can get in contact to see how to resolve this issue or something. Cause when I preordered it took my money but wanted another 80 dollars before it was released then it was taken from my account as Microsoft emailed me and informed me about it.

So I’m missing my witch queen campaign, the osteo striga smg, the sparrow, the raid, and pretty much everything that comes with the deluxe edition besides the instant rewards for pre order which I got immediately after I purchased the dlc, I even had to pay for the season too because I didn’t get that either

It sounds like something has occurred with your pre-order with Microsoft. I would contact their support team for further assistance on this, as they grant the licenses to the DLC.

@kell of Kellogs I want to change my steam account linked to my profile but I have to authenticate my old one however, my old one no longer exists and I want to play my Xbox destiny characters on my steam account on PC please help.

Hi there! You need to authenticate your account in order to deactivate Cross Save or remove any platform accounts from linked profiles. Bungie will not remove any accounts from any profiles. If you have lost access to this account, please contact your platform's support team for further assistance in getting access to it.

I cannot get my prime gaming rewards to appear in game. It worked once in November but the ones I’ve claimed this year are not showing up in my rewards history or with Amanda in the tower. I’ve unlinked and relinked accounts (twice) and asked for help in the forums here (twice) with no response. Can someone please help?

I beat the last part of the campaign on legend and it never gave me my 1520 loot

You need to beat all missions on legendary to receive 1520 loot.

Why am I locked out from changing my Bungie name… there was a tweet saying we’d be able too. When I switched to PC I didn’t know I’d be stuck with the auto generated name from Steam (before I had changed it since I was just excited too try my new pc out). I have been DarkBuddha for a very long time & it sucks & is confusing for friends with the random Steam name as my Bungie name. PLEASE HELP

Really really help. I came back after a few years. Dont have access to TTK dlc anymore, don't know why. I think that they rearranged the shop. When I go to buy Destiny TTK Digital edition.. (some think I don't remember) it says that I can't cause already own Destiny TTK. Help me please. Ps3 owner

Cannot unlink Steam account to link it to my new steam that I actually use. Because I do not know the email or password to that old Steam and to deactivate cross save to unlink it I need to -blam!- sign into Steam to unlink and bungie is helpless.

Bungie does not have our (player) passwords / emails etc. You will need to work with the platform customer support for help recovering the account.

You're not understanding me, i linked an OLD Steam and I now have a NEW ONE and I cannot deactivate this linked account because I don't have the password and email

Bungie cannot unlink your accounts since they do not authenticate them, only you can. You will need to contact steam for help recovering the authentication information of your account.
