I preordered the witch queen expansion for the game. My $100 was taken but The content wasn’t released to me. Instead I had to pay another $40 to even play the content. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issue with preorders or in game purchases in general. I’m getting really sick of spending even more money that I shouldn’t have to spend. I would like the content unlocked on my page seeing -blam!-100 was taken out of my account

My rank at Zavala stays at 1, zero points, no matter how many strikes, battlegrounds, etc. I played. I'm on ps4. Tried rebuilding database, didn't help. The problem started with WQ release. Everything else ranks properly.

I’m sorry to ask but I had wifi problems and weren’t able to log in for a few days , I pre ordered witch queen and was exited for its release but the days I wasn’t on my pre order hive ghost was on shop and I wasn’t able to claim it n I missed it n I kinda was exited for that the most is there any ways u could plz give me a hive ghost I missed it by accident n I was exited for it I’d apreciate it so much

I wanted to inquire about the 15th wish. I was messing around today, went to the wish wall with 1k voices equipped, shot at the wall in a way that every “spot” was hit and stepped on the platform. Nothing happened then, but when I went to re-launch into the raid to try again, I ended up with the final cut scene of the raid. It was already under speculation that the last wish was the raid, hence the name. But I’ve never seen that cut scene without completing the raid before. I know the triumph has been removed, but I wanted to figure out if that was it or not even close?

I never received my Ghost or emote from the witch queen. I got the transport but not 2/3 of my preorder bonus. Can you help me out

Looking at your account via the API I can see the pre-order ghost shell in your Collections. This would indicate you visited Rahool at some point and claimed it. Rahool would have had the emote there as well. Unfortunately I cannot see emotes via the API, but if you have the ghost shell unlocked then I'm assuming you have the emote and are just missing it in the emote menu.

I bought the Digital Deluxe version of Witch Queen, I have everything that comes with it including the exotic SMG and its ornament, however i do not have the season pass. i tried contacting Microsoft support and tried uninstalling and reinstalling witch queen but nothing works.

I know you guys might be very busy and might not even see this but I pre ordered the witch queen expansion and the deluxe edition but when I got on and did the first two missions as soon as I reach the mission the ghosts it says I need to buy it again and was wondering if you could help me with that at your earliest convenience. im having a witch queen purchase issue that i was hoping could be fixed. my account is linked to my dads and i am unable to make purchases, so i bought the deluxe edition through my dads account. i have the witch queen expansion, however the season pass is only active on his account. i was wondering if there was anyway i could have it removed from his and added to mine. otherwise its just a waste of money.

Unfortunately seasons cannot be transferred as they are considered silver purchases.

I activated cross save but I believe I missed the step to choose my characters, now when I get on Xbox there’s no way for me to play my characters I had before?
