Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed. When you make a purchase from the market places you are buying a license to play said content on their platform. In your case, you bought a license to play an expansion from Microsoft on their Xbox platform, this assuming you did not obtain the license via gamepass. The platform (Microsoft) completely controls the store and licenses. So they are the contact if something goes awry with them.

Refunds are through your consoles platform. However to your issue. Microsoft removed destiny from gamepass. They also removed some individuals paid license as well. So you will need to contact Microsoft.

I played destiny in a VM (Virtual Machine) sense I prefer Linux but when battleeye has came for Destiny and I heard of it not playing well with VMs. They claim that they will ban if you try to hide that you are using a VM. But I don’t know how to do that so am I going to get randomly ban do it mistakenly thinking I’m try to do something bad?

If you're on Linux your best two options to play D2 are Stadia or nVidia's GeForce Now streaming service.

I have a question I cant seem to get the answer to. In regards to bumgie rewards. They say I've claimed them, I've met requirements my email is the same across the board and verified. But I still don't get the rewards in game. I dont know what else to do.

Me and several other players in the community have been getting the beet error code every time we try to load into ANY content. I have tried several things, invluding, getting a 300 dollar solid state, upgrading my internet plan, replacing my motem and router twice, and port forwarding. I love the game i do. But i cant play it like this. Its straight up insulting. And it needs to be fixed, im open to suggestions on my end, but at this point i have tried everything and if anyone wants i can screen cap the problem, but in my experience over a 30 minute window im able to load into 2 activities and geet the BEET error code about 10 times. Im sick of it.

Log into your account at microsoft.com and then go to your purchase history. Find your purchase of Beyond Light. There will be a status on the purchase. If the status shows anything other than Completed then your purchase actually never finalized. If you are or were a Game Pass subscriber, you may never have noticed the purchase didn't complete because Game Pass was giving you access to Beyond Light up until December 2021 when all D2 content was removed from XBox Game Pass. If the status shows anything other than Completed you will need to contact Microsoft for further assistance.

Hi so I wanted to get the lightkin armor for my warlock but I didn't buy the season pass that it belongs to, and to try to make it with the umbral engrams it says I need that pass but when I go to acquire it I'm told that I need to purchase Destiny 2: Beyond Light Deluxe Edition Upgrade, but why I try to buy it, it tells me that I can't buy duplicate items, so what am I supposed to do here?

I'm playing Destiny 1 on ps3 and really want to do a Platinum trophy but some of them requaiers a clan to have on. When i was trying to create a clan I've recived a message that says my account don't have enough progress in Destiny or age so I've tried my old account from 2018 and the same message pop up. What do I have to do to create a clan? Please help me i just have those trophies left to Platinum

So I haven't played destiny since Forsaken. If i buy the Witch Queen Deluxe, will I have stasis unlock for me or do I have to buy Beyond light? Can I just start playing from witch queen forward?

Stasis requires ownership of Beyond Light. So no, if you only purchase WQ you will not get access to Stasis.

This is usually an indication of thermal problems. I have a PS5 and almost all my play time is there and my unit never shuts down in this way. I keep my PS5 in an open room with ambient temps between 60F and 70F with good air cooling. If you have your PS5 in a cubby hole or other placement where it doesn't have 6 feet of air clearance going all the way around that could be the issue. Additionally, your issue could be with the manufacturing of the PS5. It is always possible the cooling parts in your PS5 are not the same as mine or the thermal paste applied to your CPU was not as optimal as mine. There is also an outside possibility it could be a corruption in your system software. You can try ruling that out by doing a complete system wipe/installation. Instructions can be found on Sony's website if you wish to go that route.

Hello. I want to ask if there’s any possible that bungie could reinstate Xul to destiny 1 for us who love it and we could get the three of coin back. Some of us love destiny 1 and it was almost a disaster when bungie decided to remove xul from the 1. Is there any possible that we could get him back again. Will appreciate if there’s was a chance for that. Thank you.

Hi! I have a question on how one changes the name appointed (in my case Guardian6054) to my Psn name, which is not against any codes of conduct so I don’t know why it’s not there to begin with. When I try change on the my bungie account online I am not allowed and says “Your Bungie Name is Guardian6654#2982. Display names cannot be edited at this time.” I’m would be so happy if you could help me! /Emma
