Hello. I want to ask if there’s any possible that bungie could reinstate Xul to destiny 1 for us who love it and we could get the three of coin back. Some of us love destiny 1 and it was almost a disaster when bungie decided to remove xul from the 1. Is there any possible that we could get him back again. Will appreciate if there’s was a chance for that. Thank you.

Hi! I have a question on how one changes the name appointed (in my case Guardian6054) to my Psn name, which is not against any codes of conduct so I don’t know why it’s not there to begin with. When I try change on the my bungie account online I am not allowed and says “Your Bungie Name is Guardian6654#2982. Display names cannot be edited at this time.” I’m would be so happy if you could help me! /Emma

Hi ı activate cross save to look at my account on my friend steam,now ı have problem beacuse ım back to PS5 and deactive cross save&unliked my friend steam account.Problem is my display name still ATK_Kralex and ı cant change that,can ı request to admins to change my display name to old one its REDTURK53 Thanks&Regards.

Hello! I have been placed under an account restriction for a third time, however, just as with the previous two account restrictions, there was no specific indication given as to WHY the account restriction was set in place. Is there ANY way to retrieve a diagnostics report stating WHAT the violation on my account was to help set me up for success to remain in good standing. Without any diagnostic data, how am I able to isolate and remove the mitigating factors that continue to place my account in violation? Am I expected to follow the account restrictions article and simply reset every single network point, since I am not a bot or mod user, and have never once utilized a cheat method in game. Any assistance you have would be incredibly helpful, as I would love to never encounter an account restriction again (and each time I encounter a restriction, it comes as a complete surprise to me). Thank you!!!

Sure does. This is the third iteration of a PvP specific lockout ban, wherein I do not actually experience network drops consistently (now, I have to be honest, I do experience network drops when NOT hardwired intermittently, approximately 1-3 times per week, which could either be cache clear, game file integrity, actual hardware of the router in use, etc.) However, when hardwired, I do not experience network drops at all, and still have had account restrictions regardless. I have zero idea of what the actual mitigating factors are, nor what Bungie is using as qualifying data to define a "violation", because the home network violation count parameters (how many times we at Bungie are going to allow network drops before we restrict) are incredibly ill-defined, or not defined at all. Really unsure of what to do, because all I truly want is to not have this occur again and to remain in good standing.

Sounds like you have internet issues and have been restricted twice before. That means people in pvp have had issues playing against you and reported you and Bungie agreed that you do infact have internet issues. To resolve it could be as simple as a new router/modem. Or as extensive as getting new lines from outside in.

I have a problem with my display name. The one I have is my son's, which showed up when I tried to crossave his steam account with my Xbox account. I was trying to access my account from his steam, but somehow it screwed everything up. I'm wondering if I'll be able to get my display name back.

Any codes for Destiny one have now expired. The only way to get bundles and dlcs is to purchase the Destiny- The Collection from your console marketplace.

Hello there, All retail codes for the original Destiny expansions have expired. Bungie does not issue or replace expired codes. At this time your best bet is to return the game to the retailer as defective and buy the collection directly from the console marketplace.

Hi bungee sorry to be a bother but I am a little upset because I am on the 6th step to darkness in the light to obtain the malfeasance and I completed defeating the opposing 25 guardians beforehand and today recently I have defeated four opposing guardians three different times (the first game we lost so I thought it was because of that but we won the second time and I still haven't gotten the malfeasance and I tried again for a third time and still didn't get it

Hi, I created a steam account and linked it to my main account, which resulted in it completely taking over my main account (de-linked the companion app, erased my Bungie friends, erased all of my purchased emblems, while still maintaining all of my game progress and currencies such as silver).
