  • Can you explain why my console will crash in Gambit and PvP lobbies? Can't be the console because my friend used the same one that was older and had more storage used up but her never crashed. Same internet as well. 3 out of 4 players were constantly crashing out of the lobby in Gambit. It would crash the entire console to be useless.

  • Hi, I preordered beyond light on console and have already played through it and have the pre-order stuff from it. However, I uninstalled the game and came back to it after a few months thinking I’ll get back into it. After reinstalling, it shows all of the content and expansions except for beyond light. I still have all of the pre order content able to be downloaded and installed, but the actual expansion itself for some reason wants me to buy it again. Any advice?

  • Sounds like xbox removed your license for beyond light. You will need to contact Microsoft.

    Hi, I purchased the the witch queen deluxe edition pre-order when it first came out on PS4 but now I have gotten a computer and would like to be playing destiny on that, I have already enabled cross-play. Is there a way I can transfer the purchase to my computer or get a refund so I don't have to buy it again and spend money again?

  • Unfortunately this is not possible. The license is only compatible on the platform it was purchased for. Any returns need to be handled by the retailer you made your purchase through.

  • My game chat is not working and I’ve checked all the sound settings they’re all right and I can talk in game chat and they can hear me but I cannot hear them I have contacted my Internet provider and I have opened up my port and nothing has changed I’m uninstalling the game and reinstalling it what else should I do

  • You saw that I had bought forsaken and shadowkeep on my play 4 but it stopped working and I had to go to PC and use the crosssave but the DLC did not pass me that is normal?

  • crosssave does not transfer DLC between platforms. if you wish to play those DLC you will hve to purchase on PC.

  • @Kell of Kellogs When I play crucible my screen blacks out at the start and end of match. I’ve turned the 120hz mode off and this issue doesn’t happen anymore. The problem is these screen blackouts my Astro a50’s wig out and go very quiet and I have to unplug them from my PS5 to fix the issue. It’s also been making my monitor get fuzzy black screens and I’m scared it’s going to break my monitor. I don’t have this issue on any other game and it only happens in crucible. Thanks!

  • Hi I have played destiny 2 since it has came out and recently I haven’t been playing a lot. When I download the game again I realized I didn’t have access to be Beyond Light. I remember buying it when it first came out and I played it. I got through the whole campaign of it and then that’s when I stoped playing. But now when I want to play it again it says I have to buy it and does not say I can download it. So if u can help me in anyway thank you.

  • Beyond light recently light gamepass so you may have been accessing it via that. However if you believe you had purchased it separately, you can try restoring your license following the steps listed in the article below.   • I have an old email linked to bungie that I need to swap out. But I don't know the password and cannot reset my password because of my account recovery phone number is old as well. Can bungie do like a reset on the email for me?

  • Bungie uses the authentication from your platform account. You will need to work with the support for your platform for help recovering the account.

  • Can you speed up the 90 day unlink penalty? I just got an Xbox and I would love to link my new Xbox account to my Steam account. 3 months is nuts. I’ll miss most of the first Witch Queen season.

    I'm having the same issue except I can't verify the old xbox account because it's my ex girlfriends and she won't answer so I had to restart and it's bull -blam!-. I've been trying to get help for a month now but because you have to just wait and try to get lucky with a dev seeing your fourm post it's almost impossible to get help when you need it. They know that if they have an email or phone number people will complain constantly about the game.

  • I'm having issues getting my claimed prime gaming drops in Destiny 2, and I believe it has something to do with my bungie account. I think there is an issue with the account linking. Can you help me investigate?

  • I play on xbox ( cross saved my profile from PS4) Purchased and redeemed the Bungie 30th anniversary content. My question is, if I disable my cross save, will I be able to obtain my 30th anniversary content again? Lmk...

  • I have a problem with my cross save setup. When linking my Xbox account I somehow managed to login into a random xbox account. I can't deactivate cross save since I'm unable to authenticate the Xbox account in order to log into my actual Xbox account.

Bungie cannot forcibly de-link it. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning recovering the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to your account, then you will not be able to unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.

  • Recieved copies today of Grimoire Volumes 3 and 4 today. Both were purchased online from UK book store Waterstones. They were both sealed, found the emblem cards near the back of said books. But sadly Volume 3 doesn't have a code printed on the card. Any help in contacting Bungie or this matter would be helpful if somebody else has had this issue. Tried using the emblem help form but not for this emblem

  • If bungie is going to restrict me from pvp for 2 weeks because of a bad connection then I’m not buying anything else from them van me for the rest of the day that’s fine my internet is testy it’ll be good one day or even up to a week but have a bad connection for a single day so some stupid idiot that said ban them for 2 weeks needs to be fired especially when I don’t even spend much time in said events just enough time to get my powerful and pinnacle gear so get you stinking priorities straight or your losing one of your loyal fans
