Unfortunately this is caused by a blizzard account still being in the clan but not being visible since Destiny left Blizzard. You can get around this by creating a dummy account and promoting it to founder of the clan before leaving.

Heya mate on my account I have an exotic in my inventory that I unlocked, 'Legend of Acuris' and yet in my collections it says that I haven't yet recieved/unlocked said exotic. Can this please be rectified?

This means you still have the quest version. You need to complete the quest to unlock the full version of the weapon.

I am unable to get past the initial loading screen of the game and am always faced with error code marmot. I have followed all of the online guides, verifying my files, uninstalling reinstalling, and such. but nothing is working. What can I do?

Please then tell me how to appeal a ban for this joke of a game freezing during comp games and having to reset the game Everytime? No it’s not my connection and is happening to everyone. It’s a joke.

Hey I activated cross save from my play station to my computer….. my character doesn’t show up on my pc? Keeps trying to get me to make a new one… I’ve spent countless hours in this game as I’m sure you know and it would lose me as a customer all together if I can’t use that character. Thanks

You set your pc as your main account not your psn. Only way to switch them is to disable cross save wait the 90day then reactivate it.

Cross save doesn't transfer characters. The only way you can use your psn characters on your pc is to disable cross save and wait the 90 period after that reactivate cross save.

Like I said you setyour pc characters as your main. So your ps4 characters were place in a dormant state. Once you deactivate cross save your ps4 characters will be available on your ps4. You will then wait 90 days and try again.

Log in to bungie.net with one of your linked acounts. Click on your account avatar in the top right, then select Cross Save. On the next screen select View Set up. On the screen that follows near the bottom there should be a big red button that says disable cross save. Click that. The following screen you will need to click on each accounts' "authenticate" button. After you authenticate the last linked account it will disable cross save.

I'm having a problem. In season 15 it's saying that I've completed all of the seasonal challenges but that's not true. I have two left. One of them is week 7, "Conquest of the Mighty." I'm suppose to complete a Nightfall Strike on Grandmaster. I've done this a number of times and I'm not getring credit for it. The second challenge is week 9, "Trail by Firing Squad." Despite having these two quests left, the seasonal indicates (1/1) that I've completed all of the weeks. Please help... W

Trial by Fire does show as incomplete however with having only completed one round won out of 20. When I look at your game history I'm not seeing any recent Trials of Osiris matches.

Hello, I have been playing Destiny since early on and absolutely love it but I have a huge problem right now. After purchasing the 30th-anniversary bundle and getting all the necessary updates I have found the game has removed the in-game Beyond Light content I had already purchased and completed. Instead, it is telling me to purchase a new content bundle Beyond Light + Season 1 saying I never had Beyond Light in the first place. I do not want this to be the reason I stop playing Destiny 2 altogether please get back to me at your earliest convenience.

Go to the Xbox store and look up your purchase history. I was adding my imported Xbox and Steam friends from the mobile app earlier. There is no "add all" option on the mobile app, only on the website. I wish I had known that prior to beginning to add my imported friends, because now I can't add any more. When I try to add another imported friend on the mobile app now, I get an error popup that says "Failed to send a friend request. We've encountered an error, please try again later." I even tried going on the website and adding my friends from there, but I got the same error, and the "invite all" button didn't work either. I think I may have added too many individual friends too quickly, and the system now thinks I'm a bot. Does anyone know how to fix this issue? I tried logging out and logging back in and that didn't work. Thanks

I just bought silver and my credit card was charged but I never got them on game how do I get my money back since they did not give me silver in the game for my money.

I have a question how do I contact bungie to lift my 90 probation period for linking, I made a mistake and no where on the screen did it say if I deactivate I’ll have to wait 90 days, smh it’s BS!

there is no way around the 90 day lockout. you will have to wait it out.
