I play on xbox ( cross saved my profile from PS4) Purchased and redeemed the Bungie 30th anniversary content. My question is, if I disable my cross save, will I be able to obtain my 30th anniversary content again? Lmk...

The 30th dlc is only payable on the system you bought it on.

I have a problem with my cross save setup. When linking my Xbox account I somehow managed to login into a random xbox account. I can't deactivate cross save since I'm unable to authenticate the Xbox account in order to log into my actual Xbox account.

Bungie cannot forcibly de-link it. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning recovering the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to your account, then you will not be able to unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.

Recieved copies today of Grimoire Volumes 3 and 4 today. Both were purchased online from UK book store Waterstones. They were both sealed, found the emblem cards near the back of said books. But sadly Volume 3 doesn't have a code printed on the card. Any help in contacting Bungie or this matter would be helpful if somebody else has had this issue. Tried using the emblem help form but not for this emblem

If bungie is going to restrict me from pvp for 2 weeks because of a bad connection then I’m not buying anything else from them van me for the rest of the day that’s fine my internet is testy it’ll be good one day or even up to a week but have a bad connection for a single day so some stupid idiot that said ban them for 2 weeks needs to be fired especially when I don’t even spend much time in said events just enough time to get my powerful and pinnacle gear so get you stinking priorities straight or your losing one of your loyal fans

I am the only person left in my clan, but I can not leave. I have created a dummy account, but I am not able to promote anyone in the clan, even though I am the founder. I even invited a friend to join and could not even promote them to admin. I do not know the problem, but I need a solution to be able to leave this clan or even completely remove this clan.

Hi, I've created bungie account via PS a few months ago and now I'm trying to create a clan via the app I just downloaded to my phone. However, I get the followi-blam!-; "Your account does not meet the minimum required Destiny progress or account age to create a new clan" I have access to the tower and I have my account for several months now. I would like to get your help on this. Thank you :)

Your bungie.net profile needs to be at least 30 days old and in-game you need to have completed the A Guardian Rises quest. The profile you are posting from has a creation date of Jan 10, 2022. This profile won't be able to create a clan until roughly Feb 10th.

had a glitch when i was doing the quest wish ender when brought the talismen to the statue the quest completed and i didnt get the wish ender and no other quest and i dont really know what to do from here

I wish I had known that prior to beginning to add my imported friends, because now I can't add any more. When I try to add another imported friend on the mobile app now, I get an error popup that says "Failed to send a friend request. We've encountered an error, please try again later." I even tried going on the website and adding my friends from there, but I got the same error, and the "invite all" button didn't work either. I think I may have added too many individual friends too quickly, and the system now thinks I'm a bot. Do you or anyone know how to fix this issue? I tried logging out and logging back in and that didn't work. Thanks Edit: I began adding the friends about a week ago. After getting the error, I waited several days. I tried to add again today and got the same issue. What am I supposed to do?
