Unfortunately, if that doesn't work, Bungie has no control over the licenses, so you will have to work with the store's support team to have them verify your purchase and restore any licenses as needed. I recently activated cross save, realized after that i had loss all of my progress of 2 years, then deleted cross save. Do i get my old account with all my progress on it after I wait out the absurd 90 day wait period?

Once cross save is disabled you will have immediate access to all of your accounts on their respective platforms.

Go to http://www.d2checklist.com and enter your platform ID. Once it pulls up your information click on Checklist then expand Corrupted Eggs, find the one without the checkbox completed. There should be a link to a map and Youtube video of the egg you're missing.

I want my name back. I stopped playing for awhile and I'm back. I've had the same name since I began playing in 2014. I want my name back or all my money back I've spent on this game. I shouldn't have to write to you to get my name back. Fix this or refund my money and it's alot of money

Players will be able to change their names later this Winter when Bungie releases that function to the website. If you wish a refund you will need to speak to the retailer you purchased the game content from.

THIS IS TOTALLY BS IVE BEEN PLAYING SINCE 2014 WHGY DIDNT MY NAME STAY. THIS IUS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR ON YOUR TEAMS PART. THIS SHOUILD HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED AND FIXED LONG BEFORE NOW. FIX THIS ISSUE WITH NAMES. THERE IS ZERO REASONS MY NAME SHOULD HAVE EVER BEEN CHANGED. Let alone taking over 6 months to a year to let me be able to change my name. fix the issue with names now it literally takes your team a keystroke to do so consider this isnt a new issue and you have fixed it before. im not whilling to wait until the end of winter. i purchased everything from bungie. Fix this it's crap you did this in the first place. there is zero reasons for this unless your going to try and charge us to get our name back.

I bought destiny new light for the Xbox one and just upgraded to a series s. Do I need to buy a new copy of destiny new light?

No. Destiny 2 content on PS4 or XBox One are upgraded to the PS5/XBox Series S/X for free. On XBox Series S/X when you go to the install the game for the first time it will install the Series S/X version automatically. On Playstation users will have to manually tell the Store to download and install the PS5 version.

Go to microsoft.com and log into your account. Find your purchase of Beyond Light and verify the purchase status shows as Completed. If the status shows anything other than Completed, or if your purchase doesn't show up at all in your purchase history then you will need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

I missed the sale by one day on the dlcs is there a way I can still get them??

Sure, you can still purchase the DLC's. If you're asking if you can still purchase them for the sale price after the sale ended, you'd need to ask your retailer.

HELP! My son was tryuing to unlink his XBox acct from my cross save and didnt realize that it would deactivate all of my cross saves for 90 days, could someone please tell whi i can contact to resolve this issue....I started on PS4 at launch but have been a PC main for a few years now....grrrr

How would I get access to the code

So I open my game today, and see that it says I need to re-buy beyond light? I already got the preorder version, so ofc I go into my installations etc. See its there and I think "oh I'll just re-install it" however, I found that once i uninstalled, it's gone forever and forces me to purchase it a second time
