  • Actually "bro" it is Microsofts problem as they handle xbox licenses as Sony handles psn licenses and steam handles pc. So "bro" you do need to contact Microsoft to figure this out.

  • I've got the same issue you are just robbing people now all have the dlc for forsaken and shadowkeep now everyone has to buy it again. That why bungie doesn't have a contact email or phone number. Cause their will be loads of people complaining about the issues

  • Hi there! I do understand your frustration on this issue. However, Bungie does not manage the licenses for the DLC you are referring to. Your platforms (XBOX, PSN, Steam, etc.) and their digital storefronts provide the licensing for your access to the DLC. If you have lost access to either one of these, you will need to contact them for further assistance. Please note that all Destiny 2 DLC left the XBOX GamePass and cloud gaming earlier this week.   • I ordered the tricorn pin and I’m supposed to get a email for the “triple tip”emblem. It said it was supposed to send it to me by today and have yet to receive anything. Then I filled a customer service form and they emailed me saying something about the emblem in question is bump in the night. What should I do?

  • Bungie names were assigned based off the account you were on when you first logged into D2 after the release of season 15. If your name ran afoul of the censor then it would auto-change it to Guardian and 4 numbers. The ability to change your Bungie name is currently not available, but Bungie is working on such a feature with an expected release date some time this Winter.

  • I logged in after the 30th anniversary update and am missing 10 of my strength stat. And I know bc I had a mod on my mark as the last mod to get 94 resilience 80 plus recovery 70 plus intellect and 73 strength. Now it sits at 63. What is this glitch? Or a nerd on my stat numbers??? Wtf?

  • Came back to play Destiny 2 recently after taking about a 6 month hiatus and haven't even been able to boot up the game. I'm playing on/from steam on my PC and never had any issues prior when I used to grind the game. Now every time I attempt to boot up the game I get a message saying: "An error occurred while updating Destiny 2 (app running)" Then beneath that message it also says: "See the Steam support site for more information" So then going through that avenue, it directs me to Bungie's website that doesn't have any way to directly communicatee with anyone from Bungie. Feel like I should just give up at this point and sell my account that has almost 2000 hours on Destiny 2. Anyone know of this issue and a resolution for it possibly?

  • i have been restricted due to unstable internet connection and i think its because i see contacting destiny 2 servers for about 3 seconds but my internet still works perfect so i am not sure why it happens and i also want to know if theres a way to stop it

  • Do you know when username change will be enabled? I haven't played in a quite a few months(after the crossplay enabled) but during that time my pronouns have changed and I am no longer comfortable with using she/her pronouns. I've been using "TheDevilThemself" rather than "TheDevilHerself"
