  • I bought a copy of Destiny 1 with all the expansions a few months ago brand new and only recently have found the time to install and start playing it. When it came time to get to the expansion content I went to enter the coded for the DLC's only to find that they expired almost 3 years ago. Firstly why are game stores selling games with expired codes. Secondly, why are you guys so hard to get a hold of, and lastly, can I get a replacement code?

  • Firstly, you'll need to ask the store itself why they chose to continue selling a game with expired codes as new. Stores purchase their stock from the production companies; after that point, the store resells that stock. The store owns all of the copies that it was welling, including the one it sold to you. Secondly, Bungie isn't hard to get hold of, the forums here are a great place for support, and much faster to give a response than a ticket system would be, considering how clogged a ticket system would be with random and mostly unnecessary issues, many of which already have answers. Lastly, unfortunately, no, neither Bungie, Activision, Sony, nor Xbox will replace your expired code. You'll need to purchase the licenses of the relevant DLC from the platform's digital store. There are no other physical copies of Destiny 1 with working codes, and there are no more valid codes to give.

  • When ever I alt tab to go to discord it will not let me enter back into destiny. Even when I alt tab again. I usually end up having to close the app and restarting it. Does anyone know a solution?

  • I have completed the harbinger triumph in the shattered realm, but it isn’t showing as completed. Yet my screen constantly flashes that I have a triumph to collect. Can you fix this please?

  • Hello I am doing augmented obsession for splinter title. I bought the transmitter you need to get the scanner augment to shoot the flying bots, it shows as having got it this week never showed up in inventory. I've been having even more issues with game performance lately is there any way to fix the transmitter issue.?

    I lost all content regarding the beyond light expansion that I had been using for months. I lost the stasis class I had been using as my main after making a post in the forum that I still haven't had help with. What gives??? I already finished the main questline and everything but have no access to any of it now.

  • So I just finished Festival of the Lost and collecting the mask but it doesnt recognize my progress in game and I cant buy Headless Horsepower mount right now, what can I do to fix this? Nothing I assume and my character is broken and I cant buy this seasonal mount that I collected these items for just to get it? :(

    Why did my PSN - “Vartan666” now go to guardian2306? Other people have 666 in their ID’s and they didn’t get changed. I’m a day one Destiny player and this is beyond dumb. I’m a random now, after years of playing, for no other reason than your own policy inconsistency?

  • Hi, I was playing Trials with my friends and after a match I got a 2 week restriction to anything pvp. It said it was due to an unstable internet connection. I have not had any trouble connecting to the Destiny 2 servers all day today. Also not to mention that this is a first time offense, so 2 weeks seems a bit extreme for a first time offense. Is there any way I can get this restriction lifted or even reduced.

  • I would love to ask some questions as I have many I have uninstalled and reinstalled destiny two as well as contacted Xbox customer support and gamers all across the -blam!- YouTube. Not one person has been able to tell me how I can turn off cross platform on Xbox. I have pictures and videos of how I can go and join them in parties but whenever I go to my settings I do not have an option of cross play I have been online to steam and have dealt with it on the computer side as well not one person has been able to give me an answer. Send help as I am tired of playing with PC cheaters who admit it

  • Hi there DLC is licensed by the platform, not by Bungie. When you purchase a DLC, you are purchasing the license to use that DLC on that platform. This is how DLC has worked for years. Cross Save does not grant entitlements to DLC or transfer licenses for DLC to other platforms. If you wish to access the DLC on other platforms, you will need to purchase it on that platform.
