  • I seem to have a very unique problem. I can't seem to hear people on Game/Fireteam chat but everyone seems to hear me. To clarify I am on stadia on a mac, and I tried to fix this with a stadia employee, and they told me that I should rather go to you instead. additional clarification, I just tried to fix this 5 minutes ago with a friend who is also on a mac. by playing with the sound settings.

  • how do i remove my xbox account from my bungie, i just bought the legendary edition for ps4 i used to play on pc so all of my progress is on there and to my understanding i cant use cross save without verifying the accounts mine? i have lost that xbox account years ago and tried contacting microsoft multiple times to try and get it back to no avail whatsoever. all i want to do is play destiny again

  • Unfortunately Bungie is unable to manually remove accounts for you. If you are unable to access an account to authenticate it; the only way to activate cross save would be on a totally new profile. You would need to create a Bungie.net profile and link all of your other accounts (minus the one you can’t authenticate) to the new profile, leaving the old profile abandoned.

  • Authenticate to Deactivate In order to deactivate Cross Save, you must verify that these accounts are yours... What do I need to do on this step to complete the deactivate cross save. I got my Xbox account got everything but my old steam account got hacks so I create a new one and I cant sync *cross save* with the new one.

  • My Titan was recently experience being at 1312 armor then being put back to 1158 upon logon this past Tuesday 07/27/2021 and I asked on Twitter but got no response as per usual. I’m just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and what they did to correct this issue.

  • My magnificent chest armor from my titan disappeared. I reaquired magnificent from collections, guess it to 1320 and redid the quests. I cannot turn it into magnificent. Can't meditate at statue and eva didn't care. What do i do

  • I played the 2019 summer solstice and unlocked the set but I don't have the ornaments, I assume I should have them since I have the 2018 set already. I played both events and I only received the 2018 set I bought glows for it so I should have the armor.

  • Is there anyway to get a refund for the next few seasons? I stupidly ordered a year pass when I only meant to get one season. I totally understand being charge for this season even though I haven’t played, as the season is already in progress. Just hoping not to pay for contents I won’t be using. Thanks

  • I was doing solstice of heroes and upgrading the armor brought up the armor by 3 so I upgraded it to magnificent and my armor went down to 1152 my power level went from 1320 to 1220 I infused some of my gear but my power level is at 1320 is this supposed to happen if not can I get some help with the glitch

  • I am unable to play crucible or gambit and i am playing NFs by myself because of empty servers and i saw no guardians at the tower or any social space/destination I had to use a VPN with limited data to join my fellow blueberries Can you please tell me how bungie didnt address this issue since season 14? How do i fix this without the need of a vpn? And will bungie fix this or not?

  • Lost all my completed blue armour pieces that were in inventory but not equipped... everything but arms which were not complete and were equipped have gone (I think they turned into blue war mantis 3010 gear as I had those in my inventory in all those slots when I reloaded after being kicked for the umpteenth the last night (UK)... DIM shows them as completed... to put this into perspective it took 7 attempts to get the 2 public events done due to being kicked and having to re queue the 5 other times... this was way more of a grind than it should of been... and now its all gone... all I want is my progress back.... please...

  • I keep getting the error code weasel and yet my internet connection is good but every time I try to go to a destination it keeps saying "Attention contacting destiny 2 servers then 10 secs later it brings me all the way back to the title screen

  • I bought the legendary edition of destiny after having bought the original years ago. Now I can play the beyond light content but after one play it removes my ability to play and tells me to buy the DLC I just spent 85 dollars. Also how’s a giant company have no customer support wilding
