  • Okay Kellog bro this is ridiculous, bungie will have no fan base what so ever if this continues. The fact that the creators would rather pocket more money than to establish a customer support says alot. And even with "Mentors" such as yourself, i haven't seen you help not one person other than yourself by telling people theres no refunds and no support. I played D1 and D2 and I have to say I am very disappointed in bungie. You guys will never get another single dollar from me until an actual customer support is available. I've read over 1500 replys and the 10% that you do respond to, you aren't helping them at all, only explaining how greedy and selfish bungie is. For Example, people asking for refunds, they can't go to the retailer because YOU-BUNGIE ARE THE RETAILER! SONY IS A SUBSIDIARY OF THE PRODUCT BUNGIE SUPPLIES, THE REFUND SHOULD COME FROM YALL. I am so bitter at bungie and destiny all together. Good luck going bankrupt because if you expect people to keep paying your company that pays ur salary by buying expansions etc. you've got another thing coming. Sincerely-The People. And PS. Against policy or not it would be wise to show your bosses this message. Js.

  • I just got 5 consecutive wins in crucible and it didn't register and I didn't get unstoppable glory triumph. Honestly, I'm getting tired of this sort of thing. Crucible is already near impossible to play in if your not doing it daily. It would be nice if I could get what I earned.

  • I completed the last call before I purchased the forsaken expansion for destiny two when I purchased it I no longer had the quest for the forsaken campaign. And have no way to access the campaign. I play on Steam how do I get this fixed ?

  • @kellogs I just bought the forsaken dlc and and I was just about to finish the high plains blues mission when a wall didn't disappear so I restarted the the mission from last checkpoint and the mission entirely didn't work so I restarted the game and the mission was gonna so if you could fix it, refund me or give me an explanation on how to get it back that would be awesome thank you

  • Ever since the update for season of the splicer…..I am constantly getting error codes. From BAT to WEASEL to BABOON. I have reset my modem, I even hardwired my console. How do I get rid of it. I can’t even finish a grandmaster in peace without getting booted! How do I fix this

  • I purchased the legendary edition which included the 4 previous add-ons and access to the current season. I try to access The Crow and his mission quest line but I can't figure it out. When talking to The Crow there's a banner saying I need Season of the Hunt pass but I can't find that either. I guess I assumed the $75 edition included everything I needed. Please provide any assistance.

  • I have recently discovered that I show as offline on Destiny, not on PSN, amd no matter what I try it does not change. I even deleted and reinstalled the entire game. I have missed out on a few team runs due to my clanmates not knowing I am on and playing. How can I resolve this? Bought every expansion since D1 came out, guess I expect more for the money and time I have put into it.

  • So I have a question, my monitor has a feature where you can put a crosshair in the middle of the screen which can be used in game to ig change the way ur sights look cuz it has multiple variations of crosshairs.   • I logged on after this recent update getting ready to finish off this Witherhorde catalyst (was at 98 out of 100 kills). I went to see Banshee for some bounties and a catalyst quest for this weapon popped up. ??? Why would a catalyst quest pop up for a weapon I already own and have progress on??? I accepted it thinking maybe I did finish it and didnt realise it. The game typically sends me to Banshee once I finish a catalyst, so I thought maybe its Bungie acting weird. After I accepted the quest it RESET MY PROGRESS!!! I've also been getting Babooned for every activity I get into. Not an exaggeration. The game kicks me, puts me immediately back into the instance, sometimes with a black screen until my fireteam pulls me into a no respawn zone. In both situations someone has to waste a revive on me, and I show up with no heavy or special ammo. This has been happening multiple times per activity!!! Dont give me any crap about my internet connection either, you know its YOU. Ive been through your troubleshooting steps and have proven that this issue is not on my end. Bungie, I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER/PLAYER OF THIS FRANCHISE AND HAVE SPENT SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY ON THIS GAME. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, I AM DEMANDING A RESPONSE AND A SOLLUTION. I NEED THESE ERROR CODES TO STOP AND MY PROGRESS TO BE BROUGHT BACK OR HAVE THE CATALYST RETURNED COMPLETED. I look forward to a response, NanoMoltenCore
