I just paid 10 bucks for an emote and it says I own it but I've spent an hour looking everywhere for it and it's not there. Anything I can do to get my emote or money back

Spent $22 basically to upgrade one of my characters the Titan was supposed to get extra equipment and everything in my mail or in my box and did not come only got the boost giving me the strand campaign and the strand ability everything else that was said to be given paying that amount was not

Hi I pre-ordered Lightfall sometime in January and i finally got around to play Destiny 2 again. However after doing the first mission, I see it says that I need to buy Lightfall again. What is going on because I'm not willing to buy another $100 after pre-ordering for $120 in January

Ok, here's an ask. How about a non-PvP option in this -blam!- game that I've paid real world money for? Or Dungeons and Raids that can be done solo, since you can't seem to weed out the idiot -blam!- players who only want to run around in game and -blam!- with everyone else's enjoyment. Or how about a refund system for those that have bought the DLC's, and can't play a simple round of Gambit without some -blam!- needing to PvP, instead of do the actual mission objectives, because they can't -blam!- unless they're -blam!- up everyone else's day. Oh, PvP is a PART of Gambit? Well then, how about taking the Drifter off the challenge list for those players trying to complete season objective and needing the challenges, but who don't want to wait for a week for the non-PvP challenges to reset? Hmmm? Thought the whole -blam!- creed of "Guardians" was stronger together. Why is there PvP at -blam!- all? Oh, wait, now I see. It's a "cash grab", let those using mommy and daddy's credit card buy top tier, illegal PvP gear. I get it. Never -blam!- mind then, would want Bungie to go bankrupt and have to knock at Microsoft's door with the begging cup out, would we?

My apologies if a lot of people have the same problem but recently I bought a copy of the original Destiny. I bougth the collection with all of the DLCs but I cant redeem the codes that came with it because they expired. I would really like to know if there is any way to get a new code or I am just out of luck. Thank you in advance

Unfortunately not. You should contact the retailer you purchased from for a refund. All Destiny 1 content is now available digitally as the Destiny-The collection from your platform store.

Hello Bungie, I am currently trying to do, Quest: Report: Pyramid-Inspect, but the "Preservation" mission isn't showing up in the director. I did play Destiny 2 at the beginning and that took a several-year break and am back again but I would like to finish the old legacy missions that I can. Can you do something about this? I play on the Xbox version of the game.

Bungie are aware of it, for now you will need someone that already has preservation unlocked to launch the mission for you.

I believe I suffered a ddos attack. I was playing in trials just 15 minutes ago and we were winning 2-0. At the beginning of next round we downed 2 of the players and all of a sudden everyone started walking into walls. My discord went to 5000ms ping and I was kicked from the game and my router turned off. I tried turning it back on but it isn’t receiving any signal as I am on the phone with my internet provider and they are saying they aren’t receiving any signal. I want to mention my router never does this, but it just so happens that it did during that game. I have a name of one of the guardians I suspect to have done this, and I apologize if there are false accusations being made, but their name is Tidus#0723

When the game was first sunset, i had lost every exotic and legendary in both my inventory and more than a page worth of both in my vault. I assume it was a glitch and that bungie is not interested in helping considering i have tried everything i can think of to try and correct it. All i was peft with was a coldheart. If anyone knows of any way to help then it would be greatly appreciated. I have since gained a few minor items but nothing compared to what i had and dont feel thw game is as fun anymore. I atleast want something useful so i dont feel cheated. Can anyone help me?

I bought light fall and it says it comes with season 20 but i login and it still shows the battle pass is locked ?

I logged into Xbox while I had my strand subclasse from Ps5. Since I didn’t have dlc the game bugged out and now I do not have any subclass and can’t jump nor sprint. Cannot change classes even with DIM

I just completed spire of the watcher solo for the first time to get to guardian rank 11. It did not give me challenge completion though. I spent the past 4 hours on this. How can this be remedied?

Solo triumph requires a single full run from fresh to finish, without error coding/checkpointing/black screen->respawning. Your run was done from a checkpoint and as a result doesn't meet the requirements. https://dungeon.report/pgcr/13033205932

So because I left to get raid banners from the tower, I dont get the completion? Why is there no warning? Nothing indicating that this would happen? Is there anything can be done, that way I dont have to do it again?

Thanks for the information. Just like that, I think its time to go back to call of duty and delete destiny. That is absurd. Especially for those who get errored. Considering the amount of errors that go on in this game, it should be allowable with checkpoints.
