Looking at your XBox account, you show three characters having been deleted in-game. One had 228 hours of play time, one at 49 hours, and the third at 25 hours. Whether due to accidental deletion or unauthorized account access, Bungie does not recover manually deleted characters or items, and does not replace in-game items that are lost or dismantled. Hey there, It looks like you have chosen your Steam account as your primary cross save account rather than your PlayStation account. Please fill out the contact form in this article and Bungie will be able to switch it for you. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099 Please do not disable cross save in an attempt to change it or you will be locked out of cross save for 90 days.

Bungie gives players an in-game banner when they are issuing a restriction that tells you for how long and a general idea of why (whether it was for suspicious behavior or poor network connectivity). This is the only notification you will get from Bungie and if you clicked through that banner there is no way to re-visit it. Players with poor connections will generally receive one warning with no restriction. If they continue to play with the same connection then they will receive a second warning that comes with a 2 week restriction. And after the 2 weeks is up if you continue to play on the same connection your next warning will come with a 2 month restriction. So if you've previously received a 2 week restriction then the current restriction is likely 2 months long. If this is the first actual restriction you recall receiving then odds are it is the 2 week restriction. Be aware, that if your restriction is due to poor Internet then I would strongly suggest you avoid playing Gambit and any Crucible game modes unless you address your Internet performance.

I had the shader nebula rose on my armor but it won't appear on my collection so basically I don't own it but obviously I have it

Having a shader on a piece of equipment doesn’t unlock it. You need to acquire it in your inventory to have it in your collections.

I acquired it during season 1 and 2 and when I came back I also had it in my inventory and used it but it still doesn't show in my collection. Is there a way somebody can put it there I can show proof if need be :(

So my account was temporarily restricted for connection and can not do any match making of the sort, I have troubling connection and was wondering if I could have my matchmaking back. I was not using any sory of connections to hurt anyone else.

In Beyond Light, I did the season campaign and I also have the season pass, but the exo stranger never gave me my “no time to explain” exotic pulse rifle. Is there anyway I can still get it this season or do I have to wait until it comes out for everyone?

I also need an answer. I have the exact same problem. Why bungie has no support phone number boggles themind. What the hell is wetting with you bungie? We the consumer have poured millions of dollars into your deep pockets. Yet we cannot even get simple freaking things taken care of! You have to do better or risk losing your core players. Or maybe you just don't care. This is totally unacceptable

In season of the hunt it says that my season pass is active but it says my season pass is not active whenever I try to do a rathborne hunt. I purchased it through Xbox what should I do?
