OK, I need some help with 2 things. 1. My net is brilliant, every other game I play, I never get kicked. Yet on Destiny 2 I am always losing connection. 2. I'm on the Series X and all of a sudden I get a black screen, I have audio and can select loadout..... but no actual game visuals

Hello, I have a friend who doesn't use has some account issues. So I come here to help her ask for some help. After beyond light came out, there is always someone move her weapons and armors. She doesn't know who did that, but she removes her account binding to every destiny app and website, but someone still can binding the phone and move her things. That is big trouble for her and makes her so scared. Could anyone can help her?

I would suggest having her create a Bungie.net account. Link her platform (PSN, Xbox or Steam), then navigate to Bungie.net profile settings, accounts and linking, and down at the bottom under Mobile Companion, click Disable all Mobile Companion sessions.

I was playing from the start of destiny 2 to the end of forsaken and now come back for beyond light and I don’t have my reward for veteran

There is no veteran reward in Destiny 2 for playing Destiny 2. The veteran rewards were for playing Destiny 1.

Why did bungie sunset the items from shadowkeep yet we had them for only a year

Sunsetting allows weapons to be infused up to the power cap from one year from the season the weapon was released in. Sunsetting was new with Beyond Light which is why you were able to infuse weapons prior to Shadowkeep for longer than one year.

I mean why did the weapons and armor from shadowkeep like the dreambane set and the arc logic get sunset

Edited by dougcpa: 11/26/2020 4:32:46 PMThe Beyond Light armor and weapons you're receiving today will be sunset in season 15. All items in the game now have a useful life of one year in terms of power levels they can be infused to. The one year counter begins from the date the items were introduced to the game. Shadowkeep items from the first season of SK would have sunset at the end of season 11, items introduced in season 9 should be infusable up to season 12's power cap, and so on. Basically legendary items should be infusable for 4 seasons. Dreambane armor and arc logic were introduced in season 8, so their intended useful life for infusion is seasons 8, 9, 10, & 11. We are currently in season 12 which is why those items can't be infused above 1060.

#Kellogs on the companion app, how do I share an in-game Destiny picture from my camera roll. I came across some Viking Runes in the EDZ (The Quarry) and want to share so I can ask people to help decipher the Runes. I've tried but I can only get a few words.

HOW DO I TRANSFER MY Expansions FROM D1 ON PS3 TO PS4

There is currently no transfer or upgrade process being offered. Sony has separate licenses for PS3 and PS4 versions of Destiny. If you wish to play D1 on a PS4 you will need to purchase D1 specifically for PS4.

Hi @kellogs, I'm a veteran beta player from d1 and I didn't know there was a veteran status for us like emblems different dialog in-game et; I have cross-save on from my old Xbox and ps4 guardians but I don't have any of my veteran tags? and it's not letting me change anything about the cross-save? is there a way to get my veteran tags or am I just screwed?

You have cross save enabled with Steam as the primary cross save account. Since D1 never existed on PC that Steam account cannot have veteran rewards and dialogue. The veteran items are linked/locked to the characters of the account that earned them. So if you qualified on XBox or PSN they were would be on those characters. So the only way to see those items is to either make XBox or PSN your main cross save account or completely disable cross save and play XBox and PSN on their own. Cross save does not share in-game items between accounts so there is no way to get veteran items to show up on Steam characters.

I've pre ordered the deluxe edition of destiny 2 beyond light and can't receive any of the pre order content or the season pass. I've verified that its owned by me on the Microsoft page and have done a hard reset on my Xbox including uninstalling and reinstalling and still no success. Just wondering if there's anything else I can do.
