  • I keep getting baboon error codes and as getting suspended from gameplay activities. I have done all suggested things on the bungie website. And the bungie website it’s an unknown error code but keeps happening after I play against full clan groups. What do I do?

  • So i was told about this app companion which i downloaded and tried linking to steam, i had to put a bungie account in which i didn't have so i made one to use this app, once i linked it all my progress was reset as a new character. i have spent money on this game and would like to continue playing on my original account. does anyone know a fix or solution to this.

  • Simply linking your account to a profile will not affect your account in game. Are you seeing this reset in game as well as on the companion app? Did you attempt to link multiple accounts or work with cross save or anything?

  • yea everything is reset, made me choose a character again. So i did attempt the cross save as i thought that was apart of the process of linking bungie to steam.

  • Cross save is only necessary if you plan on playing your account across multiple platforms. If you are not planning on doing this I would go ahead and disable it.

    ok this is why i am worried. I am pretty sure it wants me to authenticate the steam account which is not my original account it is now the new account. i can't disable cross save if i don't authenticate, if i do authenticate will it completely delete my original account from steam. sorry i'm trying to explain the best i can, and thank you for helping.

  • Nothing can be deleted from your account while on Bungie.net. If it is asking you authenticate a different account it means it is not the same one likes to your profile that you were originally playing on. You may want to ensure you’re logging into steam won’t the correct credentials as well. It sounds like you’re logging in to the new account in game as well.

  • yea it's to authenticate a different account on the same platform. so my original account with steam, is replaced with the new account on steam.

  • I went into crucible competitive matchmaking and I got the error code cabbage twice and now I am suspended from survival. I also lost 100 glory

  • Hi, my account has currently been restricted from the crucible for connection issues. I’ve been restricted for 3 weeks now and it’s resulted in me making a new account which I’m not happy about. I had nearly all the exotics and pinnacle weapons so I think it’s a bit unfair that I lose it all because someone’s reported me for lagging out. Fair enough if I was a hacker or a cheater but I’m far from it. My connection has been checked over by my supplier and it’s all fine and good to go so please please please can you try reverse my restriction’ it is literally only for pvp. I can access all the pve game just not gambit or crucible but it’s all I want to play so please I beg you or anyone to try and make this happen.   • Hi! So I've gotten new internet, which is much better, and also just plugged in an ethernet cable a few days ago. Both of these incidents have led me to be suspended from matchmaking against other players, first for two weeks and now two months. I know the next restriction is lifetime. I'm trying to avoid that but I can't get in contact with destiny support. How do I contact them? Please help, any help is greatly appreciated

  • Hey Kellogs, I linked my old PS4 account to my PC account and now I cant unlink it due to the Silver 90 day lockout, I have no way to get around this and would rather not have to wait the 45 days or whatever it is that I have left to unlink this account. Anything you can do to help?

  • I have a huge grievance. 20 games ago in comp I was at 5000 glory. Got there solo. Since then I’ve gone 10/10, 50% win/loss ratio. I am now at 4360 glory. I stayed even and lost over 600 glory. Explain please.

  • Not a mentor but kind of a nerd, as you get past where the game considers you belong, your glory gains decrease. This means that by the sounds of it in your case, at around 4k or so, your 'MMR' (where the game thinks you belong) isnt enough to make a 50 percent winrate pull you up.
