  • I can't get rid of a notification in my events emblems in my collections. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. It's been this way for months and I have no way of getting in contact with anyone at Bungie to solve this issue and it's driving me insane.

  • Today I loaded up destiny 2 and found that my characters were 757 instead of the 900+ I had them at. In addition, my characters are not all male exos like I had them but instead a variety of things. It weird that I still have a power bonus and all my collections and stats are there, but all the gear on my characters was removed and the game started me at the new light mission. Does anyone know how to help?

  • @Kellogs i lost my licence for forsaken i don't know why and i don't how to get it back but i have the purchased email that i bought forsaken. so is there a way that you guys in bungie can help me with this issue that will be a lot of help. otherwise i can't play the game with my friend and have fun.

  • I moved my battle net account over onto steam, all good there. My PC account is my main destiny account. I thought id give moving my PlayStation account over just to see how it all worked and log in and have a look. However....... I cant deactivate my PlayStation account or swap back to my Steam account? There's no silver on my PlayStation account so I'm not getting a 80 day waiting message, and it says the accounts "Authenticated" which it says it needs to deactivate. Still nothing. I don't think i need to deactivate my PlayStation account to go back to my migrated steam account tho? Anyone know how the F**K i get back onto my Steam Account? its the account iv made the most progress on so really not wanting to waste time playing the PSN acc.

  • Hello. I wonder if you can help me whit my game problem. I bought a Destiny The collection game from a store. I dont have any dlc. When i looked in my achivements it says "destiny the collection" while i am playing the original "destiny" and i dont know how to get the dlcs. Btw i got no code whit the game in the original package. If ther eis any way i can get these 4 dlc please help me!

  • Your retailer should have supplied you with physical codes, you would need to talk to them if they did not. They being said, most of not all codes for Destiny 1 have expired. DLCs most likely have to be purchased digitally.

    I am unable to complete the mysterious box quest as Ava-1 won't give me the Black Armory key mold, so I cannot continue with the quest. I know that this is a known issue nut is there any way I can fix it?

  • i accidentally crossed save the wrong character and i wanna switch it back but now i have to wait 90 days i dont wana wait 90 days to play destiny , is there really no way to contact bungie customer service ?

  • No customer support? That is huge red flag if they scam you you can only sue them Good luck suwing them from outside of US. I never should have bought Destiny 2 they deleted my story progress and now I have to start over. I never used level booster I never wanted this -blam!- Bungie!!!

  • Hey so I've purchased Forsaken DLC long time ago on battle net and after migrating to Steam I have to repurchase it somehow. It hasn't been trasnfered over to my account even though the warmind and the other one are. WTF? I payed like 40$ for and now I have to repurchase it yet AGAIN?

  • Hello, every day when I play Shadowkeep I face the very annoying restriction of quest slots. You have a lot of long running quests in the game. Since the quests share their storage slots with the bounties, there is no room (!) left to take new quests or new bounties. This is very frustrating and really holds me and many other players back from progressing in the game. Please increase the number of available quest slots from 63 to at least 126 ! Many thanks in advance for your support.

  • I can’t access any of the dlc content I payed for after the shadowkeep update, why is this? Can SOMEONE help? I made a new character but cannot access or re play the dlcs I’ve done or continue what I spent money on, I don’t know who I can contact and can’t find anything about this.
