No video game is a sport. Let's be honest. But anything where there is a clear winner and loser is going to breed toxicity. People want to win and they're going to let emotion show.
I came off as an asshat and for that I'm sorry. I'm a blunt person. My point is just that the behavior isn't going to stop. People have been bagging after kills for more than a decade. If it was going to die off, it would have.
You just have to expect it and if it happens...f*ck it. Let em bag. Just kill em and bag em back or don't and just keep killing them. I use it as fuel. I know everyone's different but it's just like it's always been. "Sticks and stones can break my bones but I will shoot your f*cking head off you bagging piece of sh..."

I just feel it's common courtesy. I play fair. No dirty tactics. If I win cool. If not oh well. I only ever taunt in retaliation. I wish most just left others alone. I mean if you beat someone 5-1 or whatever there really is no need to taunt. They're already going to be feeling low.

Anonymity is an amazing, empowering thing. The internet doles it out in spades. When I played real sports, yeah. At least sportsmanship had effort put into it, but now that we don't see the people we compete against, they're free to act as they please, or so they believe. CoD champs is about to come up. Take a look. Even in person these guys beat their chest, yell, throw up choke signs at the other team, etc. Comp e-sports is just a different animal.
