Title for reference.
I was wondering because I know it's coming around tomorrow and i'll more than likely miss it. I'm in Kansas and I work in an Army clinic. Totally forgot to get filters to actually appreciate the view if I wanted to.
ANYWAYS. Is it really all that dangerous? I mean I was here when Bungie first updated the website when Destiny was about to launch and had the horrendously bright white background and my retinas didn't burn then. How about if I just glance at the sun with some shades on instead?

The worst thing you can do is wear the glasses and look at the sun then take them off and immediately look again. This is because your eyes will be fully dilated and the sun will burn your retinas and leave you fully blind.
