I am a group founder who defaulted to the "Remain as Group" option following the Aug 23 deadline. Under the conditions of "Remain a Group" the group named is reserved for D2 Clan creation until Sep 20. Being logged in, I go to create a new clan at https://www.bungie.net/en/ClanV2/Search. I enter the credential for my group and receive the message "The clan name you selected is reserved until September 20, please select a different clan name.j Please advise, before Sep 20. ***Update 9/20*** Words cannot describe the feelings of frustration, hate and depression I am feeling right now. I had sincerely hoped Bungie would have assisted us in this issue prior to today. Last night, in one last act of desperation, I stayed up until 12AM PST to try and grab my Clan name as the "reservation" was released. At 12:45AM it was still giving the pop-up that the name was reserved. By the time I woke up five hours later, the clan name was "already in use." I have watched as my group, who I have had since D1 vanilla, was slowly stolen from me. I feel deeply for the fellow guardians who also looked for help and were left abandoned.
