Haven't gotten the Kill Tracker Ghost or Coldheart

So I preordered The Physical copy of Destiny 2 and I used the codes so that I can obtain the Kill Tracker Ghost and Coldheart but I haven't gotten them Am I just stupid and I just need to get to a certain point in the Campaign or is this a bug? Help

I heard you have to be level 20 or finish the storyline or something like that. I don't know if that is correct though.
