Shouldn't we level up first and then do these sectors because they will offer better loot?
Can we replay these like strikes?

I'm not sure about the respawn timers but they definitely do re appear and keep giving you loot

He said he hasn't gotten anything higher than that to drop and that may be due to them dropping Blue tier gear. The EDZ tokens in my opinion are worth it more than the loot from the chest!!
