Can you loot the lost sectors repeatedly? or is it a one time thing, haven't returned to any I've done and I'm in work now, just curious.

Empty it, go to orbit, return, repeat.

I've hit a few again to get them with my friends. Don't know how long the cool down timer is though.

They have a cool down timer, so you can't just come out and go back in again. Don't know exactly but I've heard its about 20 mins.

According to a Youtuber MesaSean you can repeatedly loot lost sectors. He says he hits the one in the EDZ every time he loads in.
