I was playing Xbox one Destiny 2 with a friend, I noticed he and many others had the Chalice Emblem and Salute emote. When I looked it up these items are part of the Delixe Edition and Pre-order items. I pre-ordered the Deluxe Edition of Destiny 2, but haven't gotten a single item. When I learned I couldn't get these items for the money I spent I was furious. Nobody else is or has had this pressing matter. I checked the game hub on my Xbox one I noticed the items were installed. I logged onto Destiny 2 at 9:45 PM Pacific Time September 5th, not thinking about the lost items I went ahead and played until 12:09 AM Pacific Time. I am furious about this, I have already had TWO DIFFERENT posts about this with NO RESPONSE OR UPVOTES. I find it insulting that people that have their game crash once or twice and get way more attention then this very infuriating matter. If anyone needs more proof I will post it on response of everything I said here. Please, Please help me, I'd rather not be out 100 USD at this time, and just knowing I got scammed out of my purchase.

I bought the $120 limited edition digital download and received nothing. There is no accountability, no where to contact them, just redirects to forums with other people complaining about the same unresolved issue, so frustrating. Definitely wont ever buy anything from bungie again.

I got the same glitch, I paid for the digital deluxe edition and I have it downloaded but I got absolutely nothing. Now I'm worried that it won't let me play curse of osiris

I'm assuming you preordered a physical copy of the game? If that's the case, there needed to be a secondary code for the preorder items (on top of the code for the limited edition items). You need to call the company you bought it off and ask for a code, Gamestop didn't send me a code and calling them allows them to generate one for you over the phone.

I'm playing on a shared account and am not getting my bonuses either. I bought the game on my main account but I always play on a sub account so there are no conflicts with accounts being logged in ( Family sharing is can be both effective and frustrating). I then tried entering codes for the XP boost from Poptarts and they didn't show up either.

Where did you preorder the game from? Was the preorder/code redemption on the same account you play Destiny with? Also ensure you have met the in game requirements to claim the items: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46167
