Dude -blam!- cheap for bungie. Why u care about their budget? Lol.
With all the money they make u kidding. Micro transactions alone would pay for that and much more.

Because right now I'm pretty sure Activision is giving Bungie less of a budget than EA is Respawn.... and Respawn has free DLC
