"Voice skins" arent going to happen guys. Thats a massive amount of lines to record and store, let alone implement and etc

Uhhh, Lets see. While there is massive amounts of stuff to record... I doubt its more then 1 gb to record all the ghost lines.

I think they mean the cost of getting the voice actor in, coding the option to override all of Ghost's lines etc. wouldn't be worth the time and money for Bungie.
