Rockstar Reward Redemption Error?
Anybody else having problems claiming their in-game Rockstar rewards? I've tried to redeem them on Bungie.net as I'm supposed to, but I keep on getting a message stating that I need a linked account on "###Platforms.None###", and won't allow me to redeem them. If you guys have experienced this, have you found any solutions?

So, I found out the problem. The site wasn't showing the categories for what platform to select, so when I clicked redeem, it had no platform to redeem to. Resetting the browser is probably what ended up working out, so there you go.

1 ReplyTry a different engine. For me it didn't work on IE, then I switched to chrome and it worked

Same here and I never got my tier 2 rewards either bungie sort it out new game same issues

1 ReplySame here, leveling up my second character and have a level boost left over. I can't redeem it and It's bugging the shit outta me. I'm curious as to why this is happening as well.
