So I went to Target and bought some poptarts so I could get this fancy sparrow. I entered my code and redeemed my sparrow. I was hoping to use it on my third character since my other two got fancy sparrows from the bright engrams. My issue is that the app/website say that I have redeemed my sparrow code on the 14th. I have two characters at 290+ power level with the story fully completed. My third is level 13 and can use any sparrow I have so far. The target special sparrow (Athena Victorious I believe it's called) is not available and is not showing up at my postmaster or my collections. Do I need to complete a quest or something? Where is my sparrow? Please help.
