After playing destiny 2 on PC I’m very tempted in buying the game a second time because I purchased it on Xbox already. Here is the problem, all my friends on Xbox but I really want to play on PC because of all the eye candy. That said, Microsoft does allow cross-play so is there any hope in the future that we will see an “OPTION” for cross-play on these two platforms in the future? I sure hope so! Maybe it has been talked about in the studio who knows. Yes there is a difference between playing with the controller and playing against people with a mouse and keyboard but that is why I mentioned “OPTION” (optional) meaning is not mandatory and we could opt in or opt out.
