When I started playing destiny 2, I started a warlock character and didn't use my titan from destiny 1. My warlock got up to 271 power when all gear started dropping at the same power level, 263 for rares and 265 for legendary. Why is this happening? I did hear about the power level drops lower on duplicate classes, but this is the only warlock I have. What should I do?
