HUGE error killing Calus

Me and my fireteam a few days ago were doing the Leviathan Raid. Form start to finish, we were almost done killing Calus, my teammate threw a grenade that seconds after we were killed,it killed Calus, issue is that after it killed him, we still couldn't respawn and go get our loot, so I left the fireteam and rejoined, after I respawned,I was Insta killed and it kept doing that every time I respawned, this was on ps4 ,my psn is Destinyboy51 and I have screenshots saved on my ps4 for further proof, I'm posting it on my Instagram,Destinyboy51 to show this error, but yeah we didn't get the trophy for completing the raid and we didn't get our loot . If any Dev reads this, please reply and help, it was my first full raid completion and it went horribly wrong, Thank you for taking your time reading this, have a nice day -Des

  • Dear Guardian, Thank you for reporting this bug here in the forums. I would recommend adding in any relative data like videos or other specific information as the more information and perspectives you can provide, the better chance there is to recreate and isolate the conditions that caused the problem. Sadly, there is no direct way to fix this bug, but to prevent it in the future I recommend planning out your damage phases so that it does not come down to a Damage Over Time effect as the raid will do the wipe mechanic and register that as complete and then you kill them so it attempts to register that as well. I believe that this is where the error is occurring so avoid it at all costs.
