Do you think people should have to take drug test for welfare?
According to some news outlets, it's "unconstitutional."

I think that it would probably end up costing the state(s) more than it saves them. Proper drug tests (i.e., not the one you can buy at the drug store) aren't cheap, and anyone who gets a positive will no doubt be able to contest it and have a re-do, by which time they'll have either abstained or bought de-tox supplies to get clean, thus resulting in two tests and a continuing welfare recipient.
