Problem with Pre-order code and pre-order exotic
My friend bought a pre-order of Destiny 2 on PS4. I was not able to actually download it until the day after the release but when I completed the campaign and went to collect my exotic from the gun smith it wasn't there. I have proof of the code I used and everything and my friend also bought a preorder at the same time and he was able to redeem his exotic. Please help me!! I want that sweet gun.
